I booked the flight through budgetair.com and paid for one checked bag. When I went to LATAM gate at the airport, they told me they had no record of my purchasing a checked bag and would need to charge me. Budgetair insisted I had paid for a checked bag and LATAM insisted I had not and would need to pay again. Not sure if the issue is with budgetair or LATAM or both

Why take sealed water purchased at their own airport away before an international 8+ hour flight???"

When it only takes literally 3min to get through security and to the gates. not sure why they couldn't give us our tickets when we were then an hr early. Then they said we were at gate 5. We went and waited there. About 20min before departure we noticed the flight info had changed and wasnt ours. No announcement. Nothing. We had to run upstairs to our new gate and barely made that flight. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and lack of communication. Basically a company looking to get money wherever they can at the expense of foreign travelers."

It was great that I was able to create my own playlist with as many songs as I liked from their music library, for the duration of my flight. Staff woke me up and asked me if I wanted food in the morning which I thought was nice. On other airlines, Sometimes they just let you sleep and you miss out. Lighting is great for sleeping. Food is OKAY (im a picky eater) with vegetarian options. Provided pillow, blankets,AND HEADPHONES! Headphones are a must have for a long flight so it's great that they provide it. It was my firat flight with Latam and I look forward to flying with them again."

I was in Nazca, so could have easily boarded in Lima which was 3 hours away, but the airline forced me to make the 14 hour trip back to Cusco instead, just so I could fly BACK to Lima on their plane, otherwise they would have cancelled my whole reservation. I will never fly with LATAM again."

The front desk person got upset out of nowhere just because he briefly had to wait for us to remove the shoes from the bag. He then purposely issued us tickets for three that were all spread away from each other when we were originally suppose to sit together. The flight was delayed for 4 and a half hours. Every 30 mins they would add another 30 mins to the delay. Made it nearly impossible to know when we were going to board. The flight attendant on the plane wouldn't allow me to get up to use the restroom until everyone was on board. I have bladder issues, so that was not ok. The flight attendants were rude as well. No one seemed to enjoy their job on that flight. The overall quality of the plane was pretty bad. They advertise having the newest planes, but that was by far the oldest and most run down plane that I've been on. No leg room at all, and the seats do not recline at all. Made it a very tight squeeze. Never flying with VIVA AEROBÚS ever again."

So check in with information 25-30 mins before departure so they can tell you the gate. Mine was never posted, and the signage at the gate was listed a different city. So be sure to ask over & over again!"
