The boarding was fine , staff nice. Seats are always so awful on every plane. They need to make more room for passengers. Although Air north does not have televisions,, every airline should model the experience of flying with them. . Small meal , drinks, and a warm cookie. It’s a lovely airline with very friendly staff and I always look forward to flying with them.

My flying experience with Air Canada was good but the wheelchair situation wasn't good at all and if would be good to make sure that they have the appropriate services available for your traveling passengers.

Well you cancelled our direct flight to Austin from Toronto granted you got us on another flight but sent us to Denver then onto Austin delaying our arrival time in Austin by 7 hrs I was flying with 3 other people none of us were happy with our Air Canada experience
Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel
All of our flights got delayed. Fll-Montreal delayed due to technical issues. We got transferred to a Fll-Toronto flight, in Toronto flight got delayed 5 hours causing us to miss our connection to Amman. We are now arriving to Amman 24hours later

Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.
Flight was ok but being left waiting for over 2 hrs at baggage claim at destination and there being no air Canada reps on hand was totally unacceptable especially after you charged $31.50 to check the bag !! This should be refunded .
I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
Unfortunately, the flight departure was delayed over one hour due to the aircraft used arriving late. Boarding was tedious because of the transit bus taking us to a remote area of the tarmac. Once aboard the crew was very accommodating and did well under more stress than usual. Turbulence caused a delay in meal service. Flight Attendant Anson was very helpful, respectful, and attentive to me and others around me. To be very clear, this was a code share flight on United, UA 181. They were very clear to us all to let those customers with a shortened layover time to their connecting flight to be allowed to exit first.

NEVER TOOK THIS FLIGHT. LUFTHANSA CANCELED THIS FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. We were rerouted through Chicago on United airlines with a layover of five hours and then on American Airlines to St. Louis. The United club lounge in Chicago is good but there is no shower unlike Bangalore 080 lounge

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss connection in IAD. Then bags didn’t arrive at bag claim until 1.25 hours after flight landed.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
The aircraft was Airbus with plenty of space for carry on bags
Well, no matter how you cut it, being crammed into economy class seats with little room or freedom to move isn't going to be enjoyable. The airline did a great job getting me there, I have no complaints about the service, and the food was above average airline food.
As I said, I reserved beef for my 2 kids and I in business class. I underlined the requests when boarding the plane — I was the second in. However none was available. Thxs BA !! On the bright side, the luggage made it to Denver !!

Baggage took two hours to arrive in hall after landing.
The flight got cancelled on thr day before the schedule. Very poor management of the situation. The reason given was crew resources.
