The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!

The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔

On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...

Very good ..nice comfort..crew service was good..and no delays in time ..they always on time..

POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.

Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets

The food was pretty good and the crew were excellent. It would have been excellent all round but for screaming children. Six hours at least of a 10 hr flight. Mostly 1 child clearly on the spectrum and probably ADHD but I really felt for the parents and grandparents who were obviously struggling and doing the best they could under the circumstances. No reflection on the airline of course and we all need to be more tolerant with these challenges . Slept for 15 hrs when I got home.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better

No towels or tissue and chocolate and mint provided before arrival

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

Plane is very old and not the same seating as online No per seat entertainment The large shared tv wasn’t working Didn’t provide headphones No announcements of departures or arrival from captain or crew

The staff were courteous. The best part is that this airlines has a place designated for prayer. As a Muslim it’s very important for me to be able to pray and the airlines facilitated this for me and others who were on the flight. The other great aspect of this travel is there was no alcohol served. I love this airlines

The entertainment system on my seat didn’t work for the whole length of the flight, staff was not helpful. Horrible experience. Its so hard to go through a flight from LA to jeddah with no movies.

The plane was bad, a lot of pressure in the cabin, I was in pain and my ear drums almost popped

This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

I wonder why checking carry on bags while the checking process was done by Moroccan security. Is it question of trust or Morocco security system is not qualified enough?

Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.

Thw pla e was freezing by dar the cildest flight i’ve been on. The seats are comfortable the leg room is spacious and the seat is in leather very confy. Unfortunately old plane so no plugs the entertainment is limited the inflight internet is very expensive 20$ per hour for 50mb on a 17h you will take 2 times to contact your family and work. At this cost it goes very quick very high. The food is very mediocre A breakfast tastless A snack A meal super spicy A lot of improvement are to be made

It was ok. I wish if they could maintain the time.

Internal air serrulation was poor, felt suffocated after a while. Food was horrible. Seats were not comfortable at all, no leg or arm stretch room at all, even though I am not a big person at all. Dhaka transit passengers' waiting area was also horrible, dirty and unfriendly service. Middle of the journey opening previously checked in baggage was extremely unpleasant experience. I never experienced anything like this before in my 30+ years airplane journey experience.

I like food, look for extra meals or foods please

Late Biman. I will never ever go with Biman again.

There was a lot of kindness on the part of the crew. There was a strong smell throughout the plane.

Pros: "the plane and the crew were great"
Cons: "There is really no vegan food on board in spite of my advance request. The transfer to T2 experience at AUH is not good and when you get there the lounge and the cafe are closed. The entertainment system has extremely limited choice/variety."
Pros: "Food was so good! Airplane was nice. Staff were friendly."

Take off and landing and also the crew were excellent, just we could not received one of our suitcases at Ottawa at the same time we got there, but the associate at Ottawa airport were very nice and helpful so we could receive it on 16th of September.

Flight was cancell at the last minute, We were rescheduled 3 different times and ended up barely making our connecting flight in Dulles ( an airport I will never voluntarily fly through again) The cause was a mechanical issue with air Canada. The many levels of non-ownership involved basically left us holding the bag. Flight was purchase on Kayak, who subbed it out to underpicerm who purchased it through United airlines , who subbed the outgoing to Lufthansa and the return flights to Air Canada. The efforts of the United staff in Lisbon and later in D,C, are the only reason this didn't fail completely. The worst single day of air travel I have encountered including trips that were cancelled. JIMD

Service was great. Flight was delayed an hour which made our connection very tight and stressful. But we fortunately made it.

It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.

flip down table not clean, lots of crumbs left on table from previous customer!

They served us 1.5 pieces of chicken nuggets with coleslaw..felt like a toddlers meal in business class. Why bother?

Boarding was terrible. We paid for business class tickets, which would give us “Zone 1” boarding. This should happen before the zones for premium economy and economy passengers start to board. However, the gate agents at Heathrow only had “Zone 1” boarding for about 45 seconds before moving on to allowe “Zone 2” and “Zone 3” to start boarding. We still weren’t through the line to board and many passengers from zones 2 & 3 pushed ahead of us to board (it was a completely full flight). When we finally did get on the plane, there were no overhead storage compartments for rows one or two in business. Apparently this is the way that Boeing 787 planes are designed, which is frustrating to pay thousands more dollars for a ticket and then find out that there is no space to store your carry on. Finally, we got food poisoning from the sandwiches and scones with clotted cream that were served in business class. Barely was able to get home to our condo in Toronto after the flight before suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. What was supposed to be a splurge on the end of our vacation in business class instead turned into a nightmare and the absolute worst way to end a trip.

Service on the plane was great, crew were really nice. The entertainment was also good, seating was comfortable, and bathroom maintenance was clean The food choices could be better as I did experience some heartburn near the end of the trip. For example, fruits could be offered instead of processed foods. The boarding experience could be improved so people are not standing to get on plane(maybe some kind of colour coded boarding passes could make it easy to tell who should be standing and who should be seated).

Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.

Went on an earlier, standby flight, but was delayed so we only save 30 minutes getting to Toronto. AND we were in business class on our original flight but had to go in economy on the earlier flight because pilots and crew “had to” go business. What?!?! The paying passenger (I am Super Elite) has to go economy so they can dead-head employees? That’s messed up. As in my other posts, I only take AIr Canada because there is little other choice for the destinations I need to get to. But I am not proud to show my Super Elite tag on my luggage.
