Just because most of the passengers were Bangladeshis you DID NOT have to serve only what was a very poor excuse of Bengali food!! A choice or better quality food would have been appreciated!!"

Cons: "The flight attendances were rude. Lot of mosquitoes inside the aircraft. Mosquitoes were every where. The aircraft were dirty and did not clean. under the seat trash, passenger food table was dirty, I had to ask crew member for napkin to clean. I would not recommend any one to take emirates. certainly i would not fly emirates again."

Cons: "One of the flight attendants was extremely rude. She passed over me several times like I wasn't sitting in the most uncomfortable seat. In the middle. She didn't want to give me water, I had to ask if I could have some water. TSA held me up, I almost missed my flight had to be rushed on and no place to put my things so I had to sit squashed in the middle seat with all my bags for a 12 hour flight. I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"

I understand you guys try to give out food similar to the place your visiting, but I wish you guys gave out an option of non spicy food just like you do for vegetarians. I would also like to suggest that your crew members come more frequently to give out water. And the last thing I want to say is the most important, Boarding the plane was such a hassle. I would like to suggest that a crew member should come out and organize the way people are going to be boarding. They can say something like, "seats # A-C can you place stand on the left and Busniness Class on the right" instead of having everyone crowd to the front and be pushing each other. Or have those rope lines like they do at banks and make the people form a line."

Pros: "Overall it's a good airline. Economy is fairly comfortable, great entertainment options, decent food, and the staff is exceptional."
Cons: "Emirates baggage on board policy is a bit strict compared to most of the other Asian and American flights I've been on. Usually I'm allowed a regular carry-on and a personal item (i.e., a small backpack), but Emirates was very strict on the personal items. Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."

Cons: "You need to do a better job of placing families together. I moved from my seat twice in this first flight because of poor seating choices you provided for families and young women. The first move was because a father wanted to sit next to his young son. The second was because a young women was uncomfortable sitting in a row of men. I started with an aisle seat but had to move to a middle seat through all of this. I gave up my comfort to ensure that other passengers were properly taken care of. You should only hope that others will be willing to do the same."
