friendly and professional cabin staff... seems cold and a bit aloof...

delayed and the cabin crew was like trainees.. a bit careless and not so pleasing to their job

I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.

Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed

Their announcement was not quite clear in Chinese. The rest is pretty good.

Seats could have been more comfortable, but it was a pretty good experience all things considered

Poor services. Not meet 5-star airline standard. Disappointed with the poor food and drink selections. Cabin crew is not attentive at all. They even skipped me during meal service (not sure if it is intentionally).

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

All went well with my flight I would recommend this to anyone who asked how my flight was

Hour late but understandable under the conditions. Taoyuan airport could have clearer signs language wise and more staff to help direct people.

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

I’m really impressed with air China…first time -and I will book again without hesitation! :)

Overall, it was a good flight. I was comfortable, that TV screen was large. It’s just the food wasn’t that great.
