Late. Too long a flight for a 737. 0.5 oz of pretzels for a 5+ hour flight at dinner time. One step above Ryan Air/ several below Delta.
Once again, Hawaiian Airlines upon checking in for our return flight, told us that we hadn’t paid for our extra comfort seats. This had happened on our incoming flight as well. Hawaiian Airlines had changed our flight and put us in standard seats. I sent them confirmation emails and receipts showing that I had paid for extra comfort seats and they ignored me and refused to accept my proof of payment. I ended up having to pay for our extra comfort seats again. On our return flight, once again, we were told we hadn’t paid for our extra comfort seats, which we had. I argued until a supervisor was summoned and researched further in their system and found that we had paid for them. If I hadn’t insisted, we would’ve been forced to buy our seats again or be assigned a standard seat. This kind of Customer Service is totally unacceptable. I would never use Hawaiian Airlines again if I have a choice.
Flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight home, but I was put up at a nearby motel, and it was great
My seat. The reprentative on the phone was bad. The passengers screamed at each other and no one stopped them. The directions boarding the plane were unclear. There was a medical incident and the ICU nurse present said the women was having a cardic incident. Cooler heads determined it was a UTI. I had a allergy attack and a guy got a mask from the flight attendent and told me to wear it. He "had kidney failure". Why didnt they tell him to wear the mask, why was he even on the plane? It was embarrassing, he said hurtful things. By the way, I have a degree in Medical Micrbiology from Northwestern Medical school. MT(ASCP). Look it up. I Know the difference between allergies and an infection. But we had to listen to the unstable screaming man.
Wouldve liked a meal option (that you didnt have to prepay for) for such a long flight. But otherwise staff was friendly and boarding/un boarding was as efficient as it could be
The flight attendants were friendly. I liked that I got a mini soda can, not just a small cup. No issues with our flight departure, etc.
The flight was great, unfortunately the Airport sucked at accommodating connection flight. My Mother had to sleep at the airport, making me feel helpless. Unable to determine if I should sleep or drive 3 hours each way to pick her up.
The crew was the best I’ve ever had HOWEVER when we arrived in Salt Lake City there were no Alaskan Airline employees to be found so we weren’t able to leave the plane until ANOTHER airline took pity on us. How could that possible happen?
Alaska is the best! I had my own row, complimentary wine, friendly flight attendants, free texting, and early arrival. Coach felt like 1st class. What more could I ask for?
The flight was good, but your car partner, Wisecars, was worse thane awful. They didn't have an agent nor had they inform me which car rental they were supposed to have issued a voucher.
The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
my carry-on bag was delayed and I did not receive it until the day of my return at the airport. This delay caused me significant inconvenience, as I did not have access to my personal belongings for the duration of my trip. I had expected to rely on my carry-on items, and being without them negatively impacted my travel experience.
Technology issues at the bag-check counter caused a delay, and we were unable to check out our bags, ultimately missing our flight. They offered no assistance other than telling us to book another flight out of Calgary. We arrived with plenty of time; if there hadn't been an issue with the kiosk and the length of the lines due to the technical issues, we could have made it home.
Worst check in and bag drop off experience. Staff were incredibly rude given that it’s the WestJet system that is faulty.
The staff at the airport and on the plane were wonderful I especially wanna acknowledge the staff who boarded us at the Calgary airport. The women who helped us board at the airport were incredible… they were so kind and sweet…I very happy with WestJet and I am hoping I can fly more often to Canada.
We were happy with our experience. The price for tickets was much less than Delta and we actually took off and landed a little ahead of scheduled times.
Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.
Staff was nice, helpful, and did all they could. I understand economy seats are bottom of the barrel, but we're crammed in there with others in our row.

Crew was friendly. Lost our luggage and told us it’d be in later in the evening of the day we returned. It was not. Still after 5 days have not received it.
Was not sent a link to check in online. Tried to check in online using website. Site didn’t work. Called support line, was told it often didn’t work. Went to counter at airport to check bags and get boarding passes. Had to stand in a lineup. They were unable to tell me how much to pay. Had to take a paper to another counter, took a long time to be told what I owed. I fondly remember the days of checking in online, getting my boarding pass digitally, paying for my luggage on line, scanning my passport at the airport to get my luggage tags, and putting my luggage on the conveyor. Easy peasy. Air Canada has really taken a step back in time, and made what was an easy check in experience to one that seemed unduly long and frustrating.
Flight issues, landing in Van rough. Attendant on flight to Vancouver was excellent. Delays in Edmonton not your fault but was frustrating
Really out of Air Canada's control due to long delay because of mechanical issues. While doing their best, disappointed by their assumption that all passengers have smart phones. Should have communicated food voucher availability at gate area. Late arrival cost me an extra $51 because public transit was not available, Otherwise, feel Air Canada did their best dealing with their challenges. Will likely continue using them in the future.

Bad experience flying with air Canada . Seats not comfortable . Checked bag was delayed and was bought home next day by airport employee. Had to buy toiletries since bag was delayed . No compensation was even suggested . Will not fly air canada again
Pros: The airplane was new and had in-flight entertainment (tablet behind seats) with new movies instead of watching on personal devices. Cons: the flight time was changed without informing us. When I booked the flight, the time was 13:30pm (also in the email confirmation). However, when I reached the airport, the time was conveniently changed to 14:55pm. When I asked at the counter, they said the flight always took off at this time. The booking was made by Air Canada, but the flight was operated by United.
No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.
The plane in use lacked an entertainment system (perhaps because it was still being updated?). It was an overnight flight so it wasn't terrible but still. The actual seat was adequate but not great. As an economy flyer, food review is largely irrelevant. I am unhappy with this race to the bottom for services provided especially as it applies to baggage restrictions.
As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.
The flight was delayed to 1:50 am from 12:05am which caused confusion for us on the connecting flight.
