Had to sit and wait to get off the plane for closeto a hour. My son also flying to a different destination that day also had like a 2.5 hr delay

TERRIFIC! Thank you all. Jason Robert Kidwell My favorite flight attendants.

I liked Alaska better than other carriers that I have EVER used. Unfortunately, the plane from LAX to Guanacaste leg of my journey had some mechanical problems and had to return to LAX - causing my journey to be very long and added a day to my total trip. The Airline was very prompt in offering their apology and have given me credit to use for my next flight. I thought the terminal in LAX was too cold for comfort, especially if there is a long wait between flights.

Not having to pay 160$ for a 20 lb and 12 lb bag that were clearly under 50 lbs and they overcharged me for them

We have always flown with Alaska when we can. As they have great customer service. This trip we had to transfer to Air LINGUS in Denver to go to Dublin. That’s where things went bad! Our checked luggage didn’t arrive. The process to make a claim was way more complicated than it should be. It took 5 days to recover our luggage. The whole time we couldn’t talk to a real person who could tell us anything. The whole time Alaska blamed Air lingus and vis a versa. No one seemed want to help us. That was the worst part.

I'm a platinum member with American Airlines, however, my ticket did not display status and thus I did not board with an early group. I traveled with my two daughters and we were given a row of seats that did not recline. Not the treatment I would have expected for a platinum customer. The flight was also a bit late leaving Portland. Also on my flight to Portland we were not given premium seats. In fact, we were in the last row of the aircraft.

5 hour delay from Portland to Newark. Boarded and then were told we had to get off and wait five hours for flight. No food vouchers or any other compensation because they said it was an air traffic control issue. Plane is bare minimum like a discount airline. They have free entertainment but you have to get to it on your own device no screens in the seats

Very good. Gate personnel were excellent flight attendants were also able to change my seat at the last minute everyone, courteous, polite, and.

On time, smooth take off and landing, efficient boarding. Gate staff excellent, stewardess grumpy, but civil enough.

No WiFi available. It was too late to order food also. Guy next to me was huge (not fat) so had his shoulder & thigh next to me the whole way. Plane was delayed leaving PDX due to 8 other planes waiting. Not my best Alaska airlines flight.

They cancelled and moved my flight with no email or text or any other notice. I discovered this only when I attempted to check in for my flight. Actual flying experience was above average.

They were on time and everything went as expected. The only thing that could be better was they didn't wait for us to get through customs to pick up our luggage off the carousel. An employee picked it up and was shoving it together with others onto a cart. Later we found one of our luggage was slightly bent.

Delayed boarding. Delayed taking off. Delayed landing. Missed our connecting flight. Our seats on this plane were not assigned until last minute, splitting up our family with kids. I sat in the last row next to the bathroom with so many people rubbing up against me to get to the bathroom the entire flight.

Another delayed flight. Then got bumped to a later connecting flight, over two hours later! Plane was hot and uncomfortable.

My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet

Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices

Only issue was checking in took over an hour and was very stressful. It all worked out, but we weren't sure for a while.

On time. Friendly and efficient staff at check in and flight crew.

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic! No entertainment possibilities. Not even a plug-in for phone or IPad if you wanted to watch a downloaded movie. Back to flying Air Canada!

The staff were the friendliest I have encountered in years. Absolutely great!

Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.

Aircraft had technical issues. After 3 hours of trying to resolve, flight was cancelled. Was booked on a flight leaving 12 hours after intended departure. Now on 4 flights instead of 2 and a day late to my destination.

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

PDX staff was great and we arrived on time in YVR.
