Didn't care for the crowding at the gate area at SEA TAC. Not a fault of the airline.

Flight was switched to a different airline. Caused scheduling issues. Flight delayed an hour, but arrived only 20 minutes late thanks to tail winds.

Loved the staff ease of flying snacks and free movies and WiFi

you could have gotten me there on the day I was supposed to be there, not a day later. Paid for 3 nights at a VRBO and got to spend only 2 nights there.

Would have been nice if my flight was on time and I didn't miss my connection and had to spend the night in Seattle, losing one night at the VRBO I paid for in Sitka. And, my connecting flight was still at the gate when my flight was taxiing to it's gate. But, it took off. Too bad for me. I really can't believe you even want me to review or comment on my experience.

Awful experience. Flight delayed over night due to technical issues. Had to speak with 4 different reps and beg for hotel and $12 meal voucher. Asked for a sit upgrade at the gate, rep said not available, with the comment it would not be fair to other passengers, although I am a AA and cc member. Were packed like sardines in economy for 15 hours, while the were plenty empty sits in 1st, business and premium economy. Pretty terrible.

We did not realize there wasn't any food apart from a small packet of pretzels - I dropped one and nearly cried.

boarding was late worst was going back LAX to SFO delayed not once ? but TWICE😡I was at the airport practically almost 5 hours of previous time , very inconvenient! i would have spend longer time with family , I was wanting to avoid TSA line? but it just got me to spend unwanted time @ d airport

Flight crew and gate staff were very polite and professional. They were very helpful and made my trip smooth and trouble free

Upon arrival I was disappointed that the assist I requested to get to the baggage claim wasn't provided. The entire baggage area was not clearly marked and I wanted to store my baggage overnight, that wasn't available. I had to take it on the shuttle to the hotel!

There was a 5 hour delay. Missed connection and now an almost 21 hour lay over!

The flight was fine see earlier note for the problem

Three hours on the tarmac with almost zero communication from the cockpit. Not when offered a water in the interim. In my 67 years of flying all over the world the worst experience ever. The plane was half empty, however had to pay for seats to sit next to my girlfriend. Extra to take a carry on. I would never fly Porter again even for free.

Everything was good except the fact you charge more for a carry on bag vs a check in bag and to top it off in US$ that was not impressive

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute for maintenance reasons and we were rebooked on a late flight when we purposefully booked our flight to be home early due to work.

Seemed like an old plane. Very noisy. The seat cushions were so old that the metal bracing of the seats were poking through. There was plenty of leg room though.

Flight was delayed over 2 hours, then landed at a different airport!

The whole experience from check in to deboarding was fantastic.

Great! Personable crew. I love that they pour complimentary beer and wine.

I love the 2 seats per row. More room. The crew were excellent.

They cancelled and moved my flight with no email or text or any other notice. I discovered this only when I attempted to check in for my flight. Actual flying experience was above average.

They were on time and everything went as expected. The only thing that could be better was they didn't wait for us to get through customs to pick up our luggage off the carousel. An employee picked it up and was shoving it together with others onto a cart. Later we found one of our luggage was slightly bent.

Delayed boarding. Delayed taking off. Delayed landing. Missed our connecting flight. Our seats on this plane were not assigned until last minute, splitting up our family with kids. I sat in the last row next to the bathroom with so many people rubbing up against me to get to the bathroom the entire flight.

Another delayed flight. Then got bumped to a later connecting flight, over two hours later! Plane was hot and uncomfortable.

My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet

Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices

Only issue was checking in took over an hour and was very stressful. It all worked out, but we weren't sure for a while.

On time. Friendly and efficient staff at check in and flight crew.

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic! No entertainment possibilities. Not even a plug-in for phone or IPad if you wanted to watch a downloaded movie. Back to flying Air Canada!

The staff were the friendliest I have encountered in years. Absolutely great!

Flying in the Dreamliner is always comfortable. Though the food options for Air Canada aren't great.

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

We were sent via the ac app to a wrong gate. And then got a boarding message to the original gate. Had to run through the airport to get to the gate just in time. Were they purposely trying to trick me? The day before flight was sent a message for free change of flight. Kinda suspect they oversold the flight.

The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..
