I love the 2 seats per row. More room. The crew were excellent.

It was amazing although they did bump us up to the front which gave us more leg room and a meal. The service was great! The staff were friendly. :)

Overall very good... staff were friendly and helpful. boarding was good for the most part, but a little hard to get our carry-on bags on there.... I think people should be directed to keep their coats and small bags with them until all the carry-ons are loaded, and then, if there is space, they can put their small bags and coats up top.. makes it much easier to put baggage up. i loved the internet feature, but the entertainment was not there unless you have your own Netflix or similar platform. My chair did not recline, which was very annoying, and the arms won't go up near the isle, which makes it tough to get in and out of the seat.

Staff were excellant. Only snacks served. Some turbulence so we were offered Free beer or wine.

The staff is always great. Just the fact that our flight was the only one delayed from Halifax when all other carries were still flying. It happen a year ago out of Toronto as well. All others were flying but our flight got cancelled 1 hr before the time of departure.

The only issue had when i mentioned about comfort was the man beside me was on the larger side and took about 1/3 of my seat where i was pressed against the wall/window of the plane for the trip.

The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.

Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane

The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

The staff could have been friendlier. And Having the flight on time would have been much more convenient.

Old, noisy plane, bad coffee, delayed. Flight attendant was very nice.

We boarded 1.5 hours late. Long wait for the bags when we got to Mexico City. Long wait to get on plane with people mover truck. Friendly staff. They answered all questions as best the could. Such a long, long walk from the plane to customs. Thank you, Michael A. Burris Cambridge, Massachusetts USA

We were sent via the ac app to a wrong gate. And then got a boarding message to the original gate. Had to run through the airport to get to the gate just in time. Were they purposely trying to trick me? The day before flight was sent a message for free change of flight. Kinda suspect they oversold the flight.

I was forced to check my carry-on bag, which I don't appreciate.
