The brakes on the A220 are sensitive and uncomfortably grabby
I don't know why, but maybe they did over book. So I couldn't ride on my flight. There compensation wasn't bad, however I arrived over 1hr late and different terminal at Narita. I needed to move to terminal 2 to 1 for pick up my wifi which I ordered.
On-time departure would be nice. It was delayed three times, and we ended up leaving three hours later.
Great crew and fun passengers though it was a small plane. Landing on Digby island was amazing. They had buses and a ferry waiting to take us across to Prince Rupert. Gorgeous scenery! Canadians were so gracious, friendly and helpful! Love Canada!
No food at all !!!!! Not even pretzels on the flight between Vancouver and Ottawa. On the short hop between Portland and Vancouver, at least we got pretzels. All we got an a long haul flight was Gingerale and water
Flight was delayed, missed my connection, air canada had terrible customer service to find an alternative flight
That plane had the smallest seats I’ve ever seen. I wish flights to Vancouver from Pdx didn’t default to those propeller planes
Staff were lovely. My only beef is can't anyone offer snacks that don't have corn in them?! Especially pretzels, which don't even need it!!!
Easy boarding but some people could've used more info about carry-on luggage and size limitations in advance. Otherwise, I saw no problems or challenges.
Overall experience is pretty good but quality of the food should be improved.
