The agent at check in was very cordial and gave me seat 4a with nobody beside me as I asked if possible
Seats not as comfortable but understand as it was a smaller plane/ short flight. All in all, I’ve never had any issues with Porter. Great company to fly with
We were very offended Reserva check in agent in Calgary. Erroneously profiled and reprimanded for using Reserve line . Hadn't even looked at tickets. We were in fact Reserve passengers
3.5 hr delay for a 1 hr work flight. No information as to why the delay until 20 mins before boarding.
Smaller plane. Food and bar service for free is amazing. Drinks were in glass not plastic cups.

The staff is always great. Just the fact that our flight was the only one delayed from Halifax when all other carries were still flying. It happen a year ago out of Toronto as well. All others were flying but our flight got cancelled 1 hr before the time of departure.

Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.
They really communicated well advised well in advance of a delay. Contacted to tell me it was almost time to go and to do a check in.
Plane was one hour late. Hardly any space for our carry-ons. Stressful to catch connections.
I like the wider seats, Plus lots of legroom, Lacking entertainment, no tv or screen to play with

When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.

It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Wasn’t able to purchase wifi for entertainment so the flight was long

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
I’m not a small man but a little more leg room would make a big impact
The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.
very disappointed with Air Canada, flight delay more than 4 hours.
The plane was boarding at gate 50 and there was a flight to Toronto at gate 52 making the boarding are chaotic and busy.
It was good. Had 2 delays & just about missed both flights. Besides that Overall it was good
