Due to the strike by AC flight attendants, my flight was cancelled. Very disappointing! A refund is being processed. This was not a Kayak issue. I will be sure to come back to Kayak in the future.

The WiFi was down the whole flight, a flight that had no on board of any kind

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help

They canceled my flight, I had to rent a car, drive 14 hours. They tell to go on line for a refund, but only offer $24 for a $210 flight and you can’t get hold of anybody by phone and no help from staff at the airport.

They went on strike before time and screwed us big time. Which is not fair. We respect their planned strike but why they went on strike ahead of time ??? Poor garbage management

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
