Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Cons: movie selection could have been better.

Cons: My checked baggage did not make it on this flight even though it was checked in over an hour before the flight. I have been getting the runaround at the Baggage Claim area and on the phone. It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system.

Pros: Crew was amazing and work diligently to make everybody feel comfortable.

Pros: I had to run to the gate and was really thirsty on the plane. I asked for a bottle of water or something, and the flight attendant that said "we don't have bottled water. Sit down and your drink will be with you shortly."

Cons: Be more responsive to customers. By being responsive you can help the flight become more enjoyable.

Cons: The international transfer at Manila airport was the worst I have ever experienced. Disorganized, extremely slow, poor communication, no seating, inefficient, and an odd security check before boarding. Truly a stain on the reputation of Manila airport.

Pros: Most things were fine, it left on time, seats were as expected etc.

Cons: I had to check my carry on because they ran out of room on the plane way too early- a lot of us had to check carry ons. Crew in second flight- one lady was rather miserable with her attitude in general. The rest of the crew was great.

Pros: The crew was good with the equipment they have. The aisle is to narrow to walk down normally. To use the wc it is almost impossible with the cart in the aisle and other passengers . I am tall and the seats are cramped and not enough space between them.

Pros: I liked having an empty seat next to me?

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Cons: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Cons: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Cons: Safety briefing not accessible for people behind approx. row 15 as the attendants were standing among the first rows.

Pros: The flight was delayed several times. We spend all day at the airport and the airline only gives us really bad excuses. I will never again flight with this airline. The flight from hell..

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.
