Cons: "I didnt like that you changed my flight last minute (20 hours before flying) from WestJet to Delta. And you changed it from a flight to Toronto to a flight to Seattle. Which made it an International flight, causing me to have to be at YVR airport earlier.."

Cons: "WestJet seems unable to stick to a schedule. Three of my four flights were delayed and a connector flight through Toronto was cancelled altogether just after midnight, leaving me stranded at Pearson Airport. The ground crew were disorganized and unable to provide clear answers – other than their complete assurance that WestJet bore no responsibility for providing hotel accommodation."
Pros: "Flight only took about 2&1/2 hours! Crew was humorous and very sweet. Got in early thank goodness or May have missed connection. Our baggage was checked through to the final destination which was great. No problems with reservations or baggage."
Cons: "Boarding seemed painfully slow. Download the WestJet app in advance if you like to watch movies or TV shows on your mobile device! I had a very tight connection to next flight and had to make it through immigration and to a far-away gate in leas than one hour. To make it worse we had to wait about 10 minutes for a customs agent to arrive so they could begin unloading the luggage and let us go through customs."

Pros: "I like West Jet over all and it is my preferred airline, as it flies direct between most cities I need to visit. The price is decent and the majority of time the in flight staff are reasonable. I had another flight recently where they were excellent."
Cons: "The flight attendants were a little dour. Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised."
Cons: "No in flight entertainment unless you download their app, however there was no signs or announcements to warn passengers of this. Flight was delayed and they lost my baggage even though it was a direct flight. Not impressed."

Cons: "There was quite a delay on my flight and I didn’t get an email to let me know there was a delay. Because I happened to go to check in earlier, I happened to noticed the delay. I wasn’t happy about not getting an email. I called West Jet to find out about the delay and it took approximately an hour to speak to someone. When I did, the delay was explained as weather related and the reason for not getting an email was because they hadn’t gotten to it yet I believe. I wasn’t happy with that as a reply. The flight was then delayed again by several minutes. I would have appreciated some form of compensation as I was going to get a lift home from the airport and ended up having to pay for a taxi as I was coming in so late. In all other flights, I know west jet to be quite an accommodating airline. The crew was great, I simply didn’t appreciate how the delay was handled."

Cons: "The plane needed a jump start before we could leave Vancouver (this was during daytime, sunny skies, about +1°C), which didn't inspire confidence in the plane's airworthiness and which delayed our departure by almost an hour. But evidently the crew followed the required procedure and we arrived safely in Calgary. Better to be a bit late than to have an unsafe flight."

Cons: "Your website and westjet allowed price gouging to happen. I had to spend about $2500 for two new flights, to replace two flights that were cancelled on September 8th due to Hurricane Irma. The previous flights cost total $678 for two people from FLL to EDI. But you allowed us to be charged $2500 for the same exact route, and we had to spend due to the emergency. The very next day the President of the USA stated it was unethical for price gouging to happen. I request at least 50% refunded back"
Pros: "On the way back boarding started early and we left earlier than planned."
Cons: "Boarding has become quite the painstaking endeavor since all checked luggage is payed because now travellers try to fit everything in carry ons to save money which leads to everyone trying to put their stuff in the overhead bins. This isn't exclusive to one carrier though."
