Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .

The crew was rude especially to my young children. My 7 year old son sat next to the window and was drenched on take off. Later told it was condensation. Crew was not apologetic. My 8 year old asked several times for pretzels, which the crew said no to every time. This was a long and expensive flight. Do better west jet.

Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.

they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.

Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food

Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.

As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.

Better boarding process, but not the fault of the airline… people are dumb.

Don't fly westjet if you help it. Incredibly bad system/app, does not work. I have to fight westjet now for money back on goods I didn't receive and hotels because of delays. Extremely stressful flying westjet. For the cost of the plane tickets I felt utterly robbed. I also feel bad for the under paid staff at the westjet help desk who have to deal with so many ripped off and angry customers. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this! I don't know how they get away with it?

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.

Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight

Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.

I was instructed to put my carry on under my seat, because it was a backpack, not a wheeled carrying. It it almost the same size as a wheeled carrying, soni had no legroom for the flight and could not even put my feet flat on the floor. I spent the entire flight with my ankle and knee twisted and could barely walk by the time we landed. As other travellers boarded, the same flight attendant allowed them to put their small backpacks in the overhead bins, along with their wheeled carry ons. There were empty luggage bins when the plane took off. Air Canada clearly does not care.about the comfort of their passengers.

Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad

We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!

There wasn't even a screen on the seat for An almost 4 hours flight and they gave us water.....that's it. And for the record, it wasn't cheap

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.
