Not in this case, which unfortunately is now what passengers can expect as what is common. - If you are late for a flight, too bad for you. - If West Jet is late, too bad for you. - Bags don't make it? Too bad for you. - Flight change by 1+ days, too bad for you Prices continue to increase, while customer service nosedives. This is backwards and in any other develop country would be considered unacceptable - except for Canada. Too bad for us.

Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
Original flight canceled and communicated poorly. A series of gate changes , delays and plane changes followed. Even after the entire flight boarded there was another plane changes followed. Food vouchers provided to my travel companion but not to me despite being on the same reservation. No in flight entertainment. The entire experience was terrible although the flight crew were great.
We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.
Was a short flight, not good or bad. Extremely cramped and I'm only 6feet 1inches. 295lbs.

Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.
It was my first experience with westjet and it is really awesome to travel with westjet. I highly recommend to everyone.
I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

My flight was delayed for more than 18 hours no accommodations was provided spent the night at the airport
Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
Horrible. Sat at the gate in the plane for 2.5hrs.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
