Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.
Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.
The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.
Almost no food given on a 5-hour flight (only a cookie, which is almost a joke). Boarding was a mess (as always, in Montreal boarding by zones is chaotic and the lines are a total mess). The entertainment system was old and with a limited selection.
Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.
Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
The plane was cramped and dirty. Not enough liquid was served to stave off dehydration.
The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.
The flight attendants were lovely - very warm and kind. Really appreciated it.
