Westjet food has really gone downhill- bring snacks and food of your own as the meals are very tiny and heavy on potatoes bread and rice. Pasta with a side salad of potato salad or rice/quinoa salad doesn’t make nutritional sense. Overcooked green beans. Both Protein and veg/fruit deficient.
Flight was good, long lay over, but that was likely my fault
Flight left an hour late while waiting for a crew member. No in flight entertainment. Sat beside a huge dude, which was a little uncomfortable 😅

Both flights we boarded and had to wait 1 hr/45 m respectively before leaving the gate. This was over and above normal times. Seats and space not comfortable.
Flying with WestJet consistently feels like being squeezed into a small tin can, and I still haven’t gotten over the feeling that it sucks. The staff clearly is just doing a job that they do not really want to do. And the more I fly with WestJet, the more I realize that the good deal I got on the flight is not worth the experience. I can say I got from point A to point B safely.. but the time I was on the plane was so lacking in comfort and positivity, that I couldn’t keep doing this too much longer. I want to break up with WestJet. It really is you WestJet.. this just isn’t working out.
Worst experience ever. Stranded twice, coming and going. They refuse to complete the trip. I will go to court
Both flights delayed multiple times. Terrible customer service. Ever desk I went to thd refused to help and told me to go to another desk. I'll be contacting west jet today.
Long delay die to pet mix up. Also bags took forever to get to carousel

on a 5 hour flight from toronto to san fran, no crackers or cookies, nothing. i was surprised. I liked the wider seats coming home. I hated being put in section 5 and don't know how you figure that stuff out. I bought tickets mid summer. was it because I was economy? I am 75 and had to turn over my carry on both times. It is hard for people of all sizes and disabilities to fit into spaces. I liked the staff, and that we got through the fog. You are stuck with planes and economics in order to function, so whoever is reading this, it's nothing much you can do, except, perhaps, offer a tiny snack free on 4 + hour trips.
Unfriendly staff, delayed flight, luggage took almost an hour. Very disappointing.
One United employee a little impatient, also on flight WiFi was out for some time. I was happy to receive a complimentary alcoholic beverage for volunteering to check my carry on bag.
I enjoyed everything generally. However, getting from the Tarmac to the arrival building required we got on a Bus and meaning they had to wait on everyone to get in from the plane eating a significant amount of time and we still had to get o. The air shuttle to get to the arrival building and saw passengers with connections having to run all the way.
My experience flying from Ottawa to Montreal was not good!
Not having to pay for seats for 53 minute flight when continuing on the Calgary United didn't charge for seats to Chicago or the fort Lauderdale
Good boarding and flight (on time!). Loved the entertainment. Had a very pleasant flight attendant and a second one that was a grump.
The cabin was uncomfortably warm the entire flight. Being scolded as a group, that we the passengers are delaying boarding because of our luggage is ridiculous. Stop charging people to check their luggage and the problem goes away.
I COULD NOT GET ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE THE AIR CANADA CHECK-IN STAFF COULD NOT CHECK ME IN NEITHER COULD THEY DIRECT ME TO THE ALTERNATIVE CHECK-IN AIRLINE I DIDN'T FLY AND HAD TO REBOOK ANOTHER AIRLINE, PORTER FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. I NEED MY REFUND FOR THE RETURN LEG
Air Canada change our flights to and from Canada three times prior to our scheduled date, then late the night before our flight cancelled our outbound flight from Atlanta. They rescheduled it for 32 hours later. This ruined the entire week we had planned in Newfoundland, so we cancelled the entire trip and requested a full reimbursement.
