Good flight. We were all boarded in good time for departure time but baggage loading had barely begun. So left late. No food just snacks and basic drinks for free (food also for purchase). No entertainment as again, unable to connect with wifi on WestJet despite being a rewards member.
Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, from the front desk to the cabin crew!
There was no food but a singular cookie for a flight that was over 5hours??? Yeah not fun I was starving and again super cramped plane and you guys need to get planes with screens too, WiFi is nice but common we need more
Food was not inspired but was satisfying. Same for infotainment selection. You’d think business class would come with complimentary WiFi. Crew was uniformly attentive and excellent.
Did not like the seat selection which was poor.? My daughter and I never did get seats together because it all took place at the last minute and we had to accept whatever seats were left

Flight left an hour late while waiting for a crew member. No in flight entertainment. Sat beside a huge dude, which was a little uncomfortable 😅
Both flights delayed multiple times. Terrible customer service. Ever desk I went to thd refused to help and told me to go to another desk. I'll be contacting west jet today.
It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.
Delayed by 5+ hours and they give a voucher for only $20 CAD which isn’t even redeemable at any place with edible food. Then took almost an hour to clean craft after it landed. And nonsensical boarding delayed even further. We didn’t leave until 1:30am….
The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.
Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
The seats for first class were so close together it was hard to get by one another to go to the bathroom. If I knew that this was first class I would have just paid and flown economy

Easy airport. Luggage was late coming in but was handled quickly by excellent and helpful folks at Lost Luggage who got my luggage to me by 7 am the next morning! Bravo!
The service was excellent from start to finish. However, it’s best not to order a gluten free meal because they combine it with dairy free, fat free, low sodium, and every other specialty diet variation that exists, and serve you boiled chicken and mashed potatoes for lunch. Yuk!
Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.
Maple Leaf Lounge morning food could be more carried and substantial. All AC portion well managed, clean and on schedule
