Good entertainment system and lots of selection, great food. Standard service by accommodating crew both in the air and on the ground.

Not the most comfy seats on the old plane, but no major complaints.

Excellent lounge experience preflight, plus the Signature Suite was right by our boarding gate so very handy. Flight was on time and service was excellent.

2 hour delay because of rain west jet and porter were on time but air canada delayed My seat was apparently broken had a window seat with no one else in my row and then I was placed ina Center seat although other options were open The attendant comes on the air and says they need to manually start the engine one by one because the electric start to make it easy was not working All and all not a pleasant experience at all

I liked that they served three meals - one hot lunch, one sandwich, and one breakfast. Also that they frequently came through with water refills. Very good entertainment system, although it was off for rebooting for about the first 30 minutes in the air. French red wine blend was excellent. They seem to always have French wines.

Attendants restocked the bathrooms, but didn't seem to clean them much (sticky floors - yuk). Wish they had some English newspapers on board to read. The food was only fair.

Doing in flight entertainment via app is a fine idea. But your app requires way too many permissions so I won't use it. Otherwise, an excellent airline.

Always pleasant to find that in an 'ordinary' seat my knees are not embedded in the seat in front of me. The USB power at the seat is important - I know everybody has it now, but still worth saying.

Elbow crunch by a passing service cart is an unpleasant way to awaken from a doze. Is there some way that service people can be a bit more aware of (living) obstacles?

Excellent crew and customer service

The flight was 40 minutes late and boarding took 40 minutes.

the older West Jet planes are better, Have personal TV's in the seat, very smooth flight, great crew.

Service was good. Reached our destination before scheduled time

I'm trying real hard not to give WestJet a hard time but my seatmate had genuine mobility issues and the walk to the gate AND out to the plane which was unusually far from the terminal...little help here folks!

An uneventful and comfortable trip, well.. as comfortable as any aircraft gets :)

Head crew person was lazy and bad attitude. The rest were very good
