When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.
Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
It was perfect! United Airlines staff was extremely caring, super friendly and professional
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy

Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good
For a 17 hour flight, they kept us well feed. The music selection could be better curated. The entertainment selection was about what is expected. The crew was fantastic.
I forgot to pre order gluten free on a 16 hour flight and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches and first class to keep me fed.

Disappointing experience with the cabin crews on this Air Canada flight. Some crew members came across as quite rude, and one bumped into my arm without even acknowledging it or apologising. A little courtesy and kindness would have gone a long way. Air turbulence is understandable. Human turbulence from the crew, less so.
Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak
Overall very good 👍 the only disappointment was that I pre ordered a vegan meal and the longest flight YVR-SIN wasn’t on board even though check in said it was and my email booking shows that confirmed ✅ luckily some passengers were not on board and there was a vegetarian meal available, but still, I think you should know because every all the other flights were vegan meals except for the longest so that was a bit of a concern at the beginning of the flight.
Good flight. It's great you can easily go anx help yourself to snacks and water. Crew friendly and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly.
I would like to review the next flight from Toronto to Fort Myers as it was a disaster!!
Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .
