Pros: "Loved the pilot telling us a little about the flight crew and their piloting experience(Air Force) , and how he kept us abreast of flight status/timing , as well as our location at various points along the route. The crew was very very nice!"

Cons: "Crew was not apologetic after we missed connecting flight due to technical difficulties with their plane. I was re-routed to Barcelona and then a very budgetary Airlines to Athens which was ridiculously tight again with seating and flight was almost an hour late. Luggage didn't come until following day. And to top it off, I thought I would be flying with KLM on both legs!"
Pros: "The flight was great & so was the cruise. Unfortunately my luggage is back in Atlanta & I’m in Ft Laurderdale heading on a cruise tomorrow without my belongings"

Cons: "The guy next to me looked like Joel Osteen and his daughter was actually Cardi B. I could feel the existential dread coming from their tray tables. Also, Lemon and Caramel cheesecake? What an awful flavor combination."

Cons: "The flight was 3.5 hrs late. (Had it been on time, I would have missed it entirely though because Atlanta airport passport control was complete chaos, I heard the airport wa closed earlier for weather related reasons). Enough said."

Cons: "The entertainment screens have an (older) head phone jack that many people do not have. The headphones available for purchase by the airline are of very poor quality. I also am surprised that airlines (not just Delta) continue to provide such low quality food options on flights. I think consumers would pay more for better options."

Pros: "I was traveling alone with my (cranky) infant son and the crew members were kind and accommodating. Though the flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, the crew worked quickly to ready the replacement plane and the pilot made up time and got us to San Jose as quickly and safely as possible."
Cons: "The original plane had mechanical issues, which caused an almost two hour delay while waiting for a replacement plane to arrive. Since I was traveling alone with my young son, after an already long previous flight, it made for a more difficult trip."

Cons: "Left from Terminal 3, so went to Terminal 3. Stood in line, then was told to go to Sky Priority at Terminal 2. Went to Sky Priority at Terminal 2, stood in line, then was told to go to Delta One desk further down. Once my bag was checked, had to go back to Terminal 3 to board."

Pros: "I fist and most importantly, I liked the price of the flight. The airports were very helpful with guiding and helping speed up the checkin, boarding, and safe travel through my only stop in Mexico City."

Cons: "I used a regional certificate to upgrade; this wasn't 1st / biz class at all; the seats are just big clunky leather seats, no recline, no leg room. Really disappointing for a red eye flight across the US."

Pros: "I had to hassle Delta going down because they did not precheck me. Blamed TSA. Called customer service when I checked in online and they got it done without a hassle."

Cons: "Boarding process was ok (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet). Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight."

Cons: "The only negative was an older aircraft but the crew went out of their way to talk to people about setting up entertainment."

Cons: "Lack of notice that there was no Pilot, maybe let people know so we can be less stressed about leaving as well as arriving on time when others depend on you to."
