Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!"
Cons: "I ran to the gate from my previous flight, but it turned out this flight had been delayed. The flight boards and United app didn't show that though."
Pros: "that we were able to depart before the airport curfew kept us from leaving since the plane was so late"
Cons: "the flight crew was late getting in from another flight which risked flight cancellation due to airport curfew. This is the second time in 3 years that I've had this experience with United."
Cons: "I was flying with Air Canada. The UI for watching movies was not good, it had a hard time to respond to the inputs. It was also hard to move the videos forward to the part I needed. Plus, the audio wasn't working well with my own earphones."

Cons: "It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor"
Cons: "Air conditioning was not working. Very hot on plan. Light switch above my seat was broken. Luggage crew cracked off one of the “feet” on my luggage. Overall terrible service and flight."
Cons: "Everything. I paid for seats 7 months ago and they didn’t honor them. We sat seperate in the middle when we paid for aisle and together. No food, poor service, overbooked and almost didn’t allow us tickets at all. We were a connection from another airline. They damaged brand new luggage."

Cons: "You need to spell out that when you purchase a BASIC ECONOMY fair, you will be charged for luggage and cannot change your seat. This isn't all spelled out in big bold letters when you buy on Kayak and the carrier treats you bottom of the class."

Cons: "Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport."
Pros: "They gave us free food and free movies in order to try to make up for the huge confusion/hassle."
Cons: "My gate was changed twice and the flight was delayed by almost two hours because the plane we were supposed to take was out of service."

Cons: "Crew member working at the gate told the lady next to me "get in line if you'd like to complain" regarding the continuous delays. Crew member let us know that united was aware of our delay ed take of 4:05 rather than 1:00pm several hours before yet, We were only informed through notifications in increments of 30 minutes. be transparent with your customers, the delay would have been much less frustrating had we known. Instead notifications every 30mins were teasing us that we're about to leave but it's clear united had not intention of taking off. Also crew member on board serving beverages "I need your money" is an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate way to ask for a card."

Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week."
