Typical flying experience in the US. Nothing particularly good or bad.
Airline lost my luggage and set me back a day worth of travel due to having to stay in Denver to wait on my luggage
Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.
I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flight operated by KLM but my selection wasn’t saved on Delta so I ended up not having a hot meal. The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so I could pair it with some gf crackers I had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would come back up so I couldn’t sleep as I would have wanted to.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.
Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.
Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.
My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.
Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .
The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies
Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
The premium did not live up to expectations. The seats were tight and looked like there was no more room at the rear of the plane for seating then at the front of the plane. Instructions were not provided for entertainment. It was difficult to get the app. The app is not user-friendly. It requires too many inputs by the consumer to get to the correct page.
No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.
The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!
Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.
Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell
Only 2 bathrooms at rear of plane for about 30 rows of passengers. Ridiculous! Long lines passengers alway waiting. On long trip a full can of beverage rather than a little cup would be appreciated and expected.
Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment
Very poor.!!! They cancelled our flight and rebooked us with very little time to catch the flight. Our luggage was lost. As of now we do not have it yet. No clothes to change on the second day of vacation.
it was good but would be better if there were more clear directions as to how to clear or circumvent customs in Montreal.
The check in and boarding was handled well. The crew were pleasant. Our seats did not recline which we didn't realize so impossible to sleep on the night flight. There was no complimentary food offered on our 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Vancouver except garlic pretzels and a cookie! We were expecting at least one meal which was very disappointing.
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
Flight was over an hour late departing and when we got to Montreal there was no gate and so we had to wait on the tarmac for over an hour!!!!!
No complaints l will always do Air Canada once they are flying where I want to go
Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.
2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.
No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.
