Pros: "After waiting for 5 hours on the airport, was happy to get in the plane. Business lounge is mediocre and over crowded."
Cons: "Flying form LA Had to wait an hour in the air pane for a gate to be assigned in Seoul. It was due to weather issues but crew was not very informative. Connecting flight was delayed by four hours and crew was not sure Did not inform when the flight will leave. Passengers from another delayed flight gathered around our gate and blocked us from entering boarding our plane. They were demanding that our flight should be canceled and didn’t let us board. Security was present they were taking notes but never intervened. This is the first time I have experience this type of chaos on an airport but from the signs posted, it appears that it may be normal situation and this airport. Didn’t expect I will have to push through a mob to board the air plane."

Cons: "The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight."
Pros: "BC middles seats are good for couples and one of the better laid out BC’s. Service was good but maybe not as JAL, ANA, or SQ."
Cons: "The console storage/center tables was splattered with coke or coffee and was not properly wiped down during cleaning."
Pros: "The seats are old .. the plane is old .. the flight was delayed 2 hours, food even in first class lounge is not apetising the menu has been cut significantly.. lettuce and tomato say that they are not sourced from China .. must be from India as the quality sucks"

They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket"
Cons: "The delay of one and a half hour has resulted in a loss of half a day of holiday. Without any compensation."
Cons: "Flight was late. I understand that there could be unexpected problems. But please do not say that due to 'operational reasons'. Sounds like BS. Tell us he actual reason. Arrived late, engine problems, passenger missing, etc."

A senior hostess cam later to apologize zaying the reason was that there were new forns since 1 Dec when leaving the plane, everyone was given old forms! All very unptofessional..."

Not much to like. At least it wasn't too hot or cold. Flight delayed an hour while in the airport, another hour on the tarmac. BS explanation blaming poor weather - absolutely untrue.

Flight delays turned my trip into a nightmare. I ended up with no flights and having to stay in Calgary airport for 7 hours and then Toronto airport for 7 hours. Nothing in the airport open to eat or sleep.

A lot off people carry on real big suitcases. I wish the staff start enforcing the size of carry on

I wish they would clamp down on the people bringing large luggage onboard

Air Canada changed the flight times of my flights several times in the months leading up to my travel date, making my layover and departure times way worse than the original tickets I purchased. Then on the actual travel days 3 out of my 4 flights were significantly delayed. When I asked customer service to try and find me a better connecting flight, they quoted the contract at me that states my ticket gets me there but doesn't require adherance to the original times, and they were unwilling to try and help. I also asked them to waive my baggage fee, which according to their online calculator qouted me a free checked bag, but then at check in I had to pay to check a bag both ways. All in all the expeience felt like Air Canada was scrambling to provide flights and then unwilling to try and easy the sting of the significant inconvenience it created.

Cancelled first flight, booked us earlier flight but then proceeded to bump us from our connecting flight without telling us

Flight cancelled. Told it was due to no crew. 3/4 of the queue was taken care of and then the counter was closed and were told we had to leave the area. Then some were told cancellation due to weather . What nonsense was this!

I have never been on a more uncomfortable, cramped airplane in my life.

Lots of delays for my Air Canada flight. It’s possible hat the delays were not completely the fault of Air Canada, and yet a late night flight became a really late night flight.

Unfortunately all flights were delayed. Flight to Moncton was delayed 3 hours and my family who was picking me up from 1 hour and half outside the city had to get a hotel room for the night.
