Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.
Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment
everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
Could not understand what the attendant was saying during his announcements.
Economy seats always cramped, no meal on international flight, no plugs for electronics, but we got there and cabin crew was excellent.
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
I did not noticed baggage was separate - I had assumed international flights included luggage, so it surprised me I had to pay to check a bag.
