Pros: "Crew service was amazing - so diligent and courteous. They were incredibly well trained and I would rate their service level as being one of the most competitive within business class in Asia."
Cons: "Seats were reasonably comfortable but not as spacious in design as in other business class cabins, so that could be a concern for some travelers. Also, I was not able to convert the main menu of the entertainment system to my preferred language so it was a bit difficult to navigate (that being said, they provided a card that guided me, so it was still usable, and the entertainment selection was good!)."

Cons: "Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."
Cons: "At first, the plane was delayed for 4 hours due to weather. But then even when the plane was simply sitting on the tarmac, the airport would later delay for another 3 hours cleaning the airplane because they said that they lacked enough manpower to clean it."
Online check-in wasn't available. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment control panel froze during flight and wifi was never available for purchase. The food was very mediocre and the plane was filthy even in the business class seat with lots of different people's hair on the floor and generally visibly dirty in the nooks around the seat! Business class seats are also tiny. United Business class is very low quality compared to ANA or Emirates Business which are far better.

We were frustrated about the way they treated us as Star Alliance Gold. No early boarding and we had to argue for priority luggage.
I rarely enjoy Air Canada flights and crew however long or short. But baffles me the most is why do you serve snacks on short flights but starve your passengers on long hauls. Why does Air Canada treat passengers with French names with more respect than English names...I.e. my girlfriend last name St Pierre got bumped to business class and I got the last row where I couldn't even decline my seat. But that was just one incident. Than there's the numerous times my luggage got lost. I travel a lot. Love carriers like KLM, LH, COPA, to name a few but AC still socks in book. I ONLY book you based on your time and price.
Not much to like. At least it wasn't too hot or cold. Flight delayed an hour while in the airport, another hour on the tarmac. BS explanation blaming poor weather - absolutely untrue.
Flight delays turned my trip into a nightmare. I ended up with no flights and having to stay in Calgary airport for 7 hours and then Toronto airport for 7 hours. Nothing in the airport open to eat or sleep.
A lot off people carry on real big suitcases. I wish the staff start enforcing the size of carry on

I have never been on a more uncomfortable, cramped airplane in my life.
Lots of delays for my Air Canada flight. It’s possible hat the delays were not completely the fault of Air Canada, and yet a late night flight became a really late night flight.
Never took the flight. I booked this back in November because I needed to make a connection in Calgary. Air Canada canceled my flight unilaterally and never provided a better alternative that could fit my schedule. I would never flight Air Canada based on that experience.
