They rescheduled me and I had no issues with the new flight
Due to the strike by AC flight attendants, my flight was cancelled. Very disappointing! A refund is being processed. This was not a Kayak issue. I will be sure to come back to Kayak in the future.
Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help
They canceled my flight, I had to rent a car, drive 14 hours. They tell to go on line for a refund, but only offer $24 for a $210 flight and you can’t get hold of anybody by phone and no help from staff at the airport.
Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
The flight attendants were not very nice. No smiles On my return trip I was charged for one bag $83.30 although I had purchased the flight including one piece of luggage. Can this be refunded to me? Thank you!
Seats horribly uncomfortable. Air nozzles didn't work so very overheated.
They could care less about you. Just under a 4 hour delay in Seattle, leading into a missed connection in Vancouver, which led to 2 more delays that added up to 3 more hours leaving us to have to sleep on the floor of the Toronto airport cause they don't help you find accomodations and they just book you on the next flight out. Took an additional 14 hours to get home. Always given the brush off to get rid of us. Worst airline ever
Everything could have been better from the planes not being delayed to the rudeness of staff to it was just horrible will not use kayak again or Air Canada I can't see what would ever change my mind now
I wish someone would wake me up so I could eat the free food :( slept for 90mins on a 10hr flight and I missed breakfast. I’m sad about that lol.
