However, flight was on time, everybody was polite, movie selection was excellent (several classics, box office hits, comedies etc, they even appropriately put "Die hard" under Winter Wonderland), food was good and salted caramel ice cream for dessert was a very nice touch."

Cons: "United airlines employee Mearle at the check in counter was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and arrogant towards everyone in line at the counter Trying to check in. Many customers including us waitted in the check in line for 35 minutes or more while Mearle proceeded to chat on her cell phone (personal call), and taking a break leaning the check in counter while everyone waited on her so she could assist with check in. Finally the passengers in front of us voice their concern to mearle stating that everyone is going to miss theirs flights if she didn't assist us all right away. Mearle responded by snapping back by saying "it's not my fault that united keep us understaffed and pay us enough to care " then laughed and walked away again. At this point we realized that if we did not get immediate assistance, that we would surly miss our flight. I walked in front of the line on behalf of everyone standing in line and reiterated to Mearle in a firm tone that she insisting check in the remaining 12 passengers immediately. Mearle snapped back telling me to "worry about my own self and don't tell me how to do my own job". Feeling very stressed out And worried about missing my flight went and stood back in line again. A few moments later I over heard Mearle tell the passengers ahead of us " you're too late. You've missed your flight" these passengers became very upset with Mearle telling her that she's the reason they missed the flight and Mearle laughed and said out loud to everyone else in line.. "you all missed your flight. You all should be more responsible next time and get here earlier" and then Mearle walked away never to be see again. Many of us missed our flight which caused many of us to also miss our connecting flights. We immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Then we were forced to drive three hours in traffic to LAX where we caught a later flight and barely made it to our destination in time for our work event. We swore that because of Mearle and her disgusting behavior that we will never ever fly united again (and I fly a lot for my job) and since that horrible experience with Mearle two months ago, I've flown on four trips spending over $2300 dollars and every flight has been booked through American Airlines. Do to Mearle's bad attitude, disrespectful personality, and poor representation of united we will never do business with united again. We suggest united airlines remove Mearle from Having any contact with the general public as we are sure that Mearle is loosing customers for united at a very rapid pace."

Pros: "Unprofessional and completely disorganized the flight was oversold which is not a big deal but the way it was handled was beyond ridiculous. After the plane was boarded at least 4 Crew members boarded the aircraft and started moving people around it was chaos. I'm assuming it was one of the gate agents that insisted a couple of passengers Exit the plane. I've honestly never seen anything like this. At one point I heard a female passengers use profanity when asked by her traveling companion "what is going on? where are u going" the woman replied "I being told I have to get off the plane there are no more F--king seats" My option the crew and or gate agents were irresponsible for boarding passengers that did not have seats! Get it together united!!!"
Cons: "In the last moment they asked to take the latest passenger's carry on because it didn't have space enough. I was really uncomfortable with that because I had fragile things inside my carry on and. This is totally desorganized. I paid for the flight and this is include bring my carry on with me. Also, the United Airline's website is totally confuse, not clear."

Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour and a half so I missed my wedding rehearsal. Also I wasn't even assigned a seat until right before boarding when I had checked in hours before."

Cons: "My flight was delayed and I had a question which they could not answer unless I waited in like. There were only three people ahead of me but I waited in that line for 45 minutes. You guys need another computer station to keep the line moving. Then when I went to board the plane, the woman who helped me before customs had printed out the wrong ticket for me so I had to wait in a line AGAIN and get a new ticket printed out."

I've been in the airport and they did not give me a hotel or vouchers for food or ANYTHING! Most horrible experience with United airline! NEVER fly with them!!!"

Cons: "Luggage was delayed--apparently not transferred in Munich to United flight. Fortunately, it was only a 24-hour delay and contents arrived intact. But the explanation of what I could purchase to meet my immediate travel needs (toiletries, intimate garments) was indefinite and unclear and subject to reimbursement only if approved. Boarding was subject to additional security for flights to US in Munich airport where passport was checked yet again and stupid questions were asked and passengers were shuffled through a long queue."
Cons: "Umm how about we were 3 hours late and missed out flight and had to spend $200 to rent a car at 1130pm and DRIVE 4 hours home? Not to mention we missed our connecting flight due to delays on United on the 16th! No food and no entertainment NOT HAPPY"
