No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless."

Cons: "My flight ended up being canceled due to weather which was understandable. I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again."

Pros: "The cabin lights were off during takeoff and it was wonderful because the lady with the crying baby behind me was finally able to get her baby to sleep."
Cons: "Then all of the cabin lights turn me down on. And woke the baby up. And stayed on for the duration of the flight, not turning back off until we landed. I feel like the cabin lights should at least be dimmed for a flight that goes from 11 pm to 1 am."
Cons: "Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

Cons: "The plane showed its age, and the seating area was dirty. The inflight entertainment in economy plus did not work, neither did the power outlet or the inflight wifi, for which I paid. I normally fly business class for work: this economy plus experience was absolutely terrible."
Pros: "The crew was very attentive and the pilot kept us informed at all times. For example, we got to Dayton early and we sat on the Tarmac for about five minutes as there was another plane there. That was no problem. But, after plane left we sat there until it was time for us to arrive before ground crew came out. Then, we waited 20 minutes for our baggage. That was not your fault. That was the fault of the airport as it has happened to me before. The pilot was very apologetic and kept us informed. I appreciated that very much."

Cons: "My flight from IAH to LCH was delayed 5 TIMES while I was in the air from SEA. I ended up having to fly into Lafayette because otherwise I would have been stuck at the airport for 4 hours when my original layover was 1.5 hours."
