The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.
7 hour layover was a drag. Free internet on the long leg was great.

Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
