EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back
The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.
It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.
I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.
It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

The crew was always polite and pleasant, but our flight was delated by almost an hour.
The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort
Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.
It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas
Flight attendants did very well, they were all friendly and very helpful .
Everything is ok except the manner of transporting the people that includes me on a wheelchair. That was my first time cuz I was suffering from “sciatica “ and couldn’t walk well. Upon arrival at LAX it took me almost 3 hrs to get out of the airport bcuz of these wheelchairs procedures. If only I can manage to walk I should have done so OMG. Other than that so far everything is ok. THANK YOU.
The check in staff were fantastic. So so helpful and nice.
Absolutely terrible. I will never fly that airline again. The problem was with the constant emails changing my seats, arrival/ departure times and the aircraft. The staff at the airports and onboard were great. Between making the appointment in May 2025 and my actual trip I had over 50 emails announcing changes. I was traveling with 3 other couples and they experienced the same thing.
Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.
We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Need to upgrade the lavatory it was very filthy and disgusting. Very poor hygiene.

Delays. Poor support booking a hotel after a diverted flight.
Because of a change in aircraft, I was unable to experience the business class I paid for and was disappointed.
Very clean plane, staff were courteous, complimentary wifi and beverages are nice, and it was nice to have a whole row to myself! I do miss having seatback entertainment, though. And the prices are getting ridiculous, especially with the different teared tickets. But the flight overall was great.
Nuts would be better than pretzels as the non sweet snack
Kind and accommodating staff. Comfy seats. Plenty of leg and luggage room.
Flight was great, no plug in for charging and no inflight entertainment.
Seat cushion had lost much of its give and the entertainment monitors on the old A320 fleet are small.
The flight was good, the inflight tv's are too old and hard to work
The aircraft was very spacious and comfortable. Loved that the rows were more spread out.
