Worse service, they canceled the flight 3 hours before departure and only informed us by text

Unfortunately all flights were delayed. Flight to Moncton was delayed 3 hours and my family who was picking me up from 1 hour and half outside the city had to get a hotel room for the night.

Air Canada is the worst airline I’ve ever used. Their systems were down so they told us to wait in line to get our bags checked, so a ton of people are waiting in line. By the time we get to the front they tell us we missed our window to check in a bag and now have to change flights. Then they send us to ANOTHER line to get our flight changed and long story short I end up going to United to buy a ticket. Never again

Terribly inconvenient to not have WiFi for the entire 8hr flight. Sitting in business class, we were surprised the bread was served cold, not room temp, cold. They used to be served so that they seemed freshly baked. Same can be said for the squashes croissant at breakfast. Both were squashed flat. There was no champagne on the flight. And, bring back beverage service prior to take off!!!! Our departure was delayed for over 30 minutes so no beverages really stood out as something missing. Crew, seats, entertainment choices, all excellent!

Cons: "Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy."

Cons: "The flight was delayed which happens, but there was no communication as to why or how long it would be or any other information. In flight the crew were barely visible as I had to ask for refreshments and then they brought it around for everyone. Next was cleanup which took way longer before it showed up."

Cons: "On our way to Japan, the flight didn't wait for us though we were on the ground. We had 4 h lay over and missed it by 20 min which was by their system confusion. We missed our christmas plan and business prep time in Japan. Then on our way back, the plane turned around to the gate to pick up customers causing 40min delay. Made us furious. They gave us $200 credit each for our missing flight but we think we deserve more."

Cons: "Landed early by a bit. Made to wait on runway 30 minutes before we could park at gate. Figure it out United - maybe if you worked with your airport partners better they’d help you the 1 or 2 times you’re actually early."

Cons: "You could buy food, but no included meal for a six hour flight. The food for purchase was just snacks. Additional seats are very forward, uncomfortable even in Premium seats with reclining."

Cons: "Getting delayed. We were supposed to leave at 10 something PM but instead kept getting delayed until we finally left at 1:45am. That to me killed my overall experience for that flight considering that it's an 8 hour flight and that I needed to come back on that Monday. Less time do stuff for the weekend."

Pros: "They served butternut squash tortellini, fresh salad, and a fresh roll for dinner. I normally eat because I have to on international flights, but I actually enjoyed this meal. Too much pepper in the salad dressing, though. Besides the food, the rest of the flight was good; not much turbulence, and I got a lot of rest."
Cons: "Power outlets were hard to find, and the volume for movies was on the screen, so you had to pause the movie to change the volume."

Cons: "The personnel service during the flight was mediocre. In my opinion they don’t know what is customer satisfaction. They have to show that they like what they do with a simple smile. They are not doing the customer a favor . That is their job a good customer satisfaction"

Cons: "Economy plus slimline seats are uncomfortable, thankfully the flight was only 1.5 hours. No beverage service due to turbulence."
Cons: "Flight attendant had a lot of attitude. I live in Maui so I'm used to the whole "I'm local and you're not" entitled attitude some locals have, but it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional to do this to visitors. She literally asked the passengers where they were from and then launched into how she was local and it was her way or the highway. She was also really incompetent at the job overall. She gave me attitude and anyone that required her to do her job."
