I had an episode of anxiety over very minor turbulence which I sometimes get and both ladies who happened to be on duty were very reassuring and sympathetic to me. I had my 6 year old daughter also on the plane who is not anxious at all, so I was able to speak to one of the staff in French so as not to transfer my anxiety to my daughter who doesn't understand French. This was great. Over half way through the flight they gave me some earphones and suggested I watch a movie. This helped so much.
Misinformation on baggage allowance for Tango flights.
Easy price, easy to book. Fresh and clean. Cabin attendants humourous and casual (but thorough) approach.
Paid $25 to check one bag. This is just a profit charge. Stop it. AFTER paying $25, we were instructed to put hand luggage under the seat in front of us. Seats are too small, without little legroom. After paying to have luggage checked, offensive to give up legroom in favour of people who did NOT pay the check fee. That just isn't right. The practice erodes credibility of your staff. We just ignored the announcements. That builds bad feelings.
Very little to no leg room.
Staff was kind and courteous. Entertainment system had lots of video options.
Both flights were delayed. Needed to use own device to access in-flight entertainment. Charger was in packed bag and phone was low on juice so only got to watch for 15 minutes.
Waiting. But not West Jet:s fault.Winfy in LGA. Snow on the ground in YYZ.

Window seat is very cramped due to curve of the aircraft. Effectively no room to stretch both your legs.
