Good 6.0

Comfortable seating, good entertainment selection available and drink provided on short flight.

Delay and disorganization at airport left passengers frustrated with at least 3 changes to gate prior to departure. Added to this was the incorrect announcement on P.A. System at 6:55pm a change of gate to leave at original time (7pm), only to have a stampede of passengers arrive at newly assigned gate to have no airline representative there and soon a new/revised departure time of 21:05 instead. Hopefully, those clients with international connections were able to make it, but I suspect that several had their plans changed with this > 2 hour delay.

Plane boarding and takeoff was delayed. Also when we landed we got mixed with international flights so I had to go through customs !!!! Took me 2h to leave the airport. Longer than the flight over!!!

Good 6.0

Possibly the tightest pitch of any airline seats that I've ever flown on. I'm short but I felt cramped, so I'm sure the 182 meter man next to me was really suffering.

The Air Transat crew and ground staff at the airports were friendly, considerate, helpful, smiling and excellent representatives of Air Transat. I am a large man, nearly 2 meters tall, with a history of two separate incidents of Deep Vein Thrombosis resulting in Pulmonary Embolisms (documented in a letter from my physician). My medical condition can be exacerbated by reduced circulation due to prolonged periods seated in a confined space, and in a worse case scenario, this can be life threatening. The ground staff and flight attendants listened to this concern, and found seating situations that allowed more leg room in the emergency exit aisle on the flight over from Montreal to Marseille. On the way back, the flight attendants gave that emergency row to other passengers (allowing me to have the three seats behind the emergency row seats, albeit with les leg room, but room to spread out and move my legs). Very kind! and attentive! Food was good, and the offers of food and drink were frequently made.

Like all planes, I find the seating is too tight for anyone over average size. That said, I think Air Transat's seating is a bit more generous that other airlines.

Very uncomfortable I have back problems and found it difficult to sit when I had to use my seat belt. Once again staff making faces at each other showing their impatience with customers. Staff slammed overhead lockers and sighed clearly showing how unimpressed they were.

They gave us water when we had to wait an hour before take off. It was not their fault we were delayed. They did wait for the 30 of us who were delayed from Lyon and did not take off without us.

They did not answer my call (s) for water to take a pill. They never offered anyone earphones. There were no services at all on this flight as the seat belt sign was on the whole time.

Our flight from Barcelona was late and we had to rush across the airport to get the connection to Toronto. By the time we landed it was almost time for the Toronto flight to depart. No information was given to the passengers when we landed informing them that the Toronto flight was waiting for us. No information was given by the ground staff either, just told to drop your checked bag off and get to the gate and hope the flight was still there. Would have been a lot less stressful if someone had said "don't worry, the Toronto flight is waiting for you"

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
