This was a special trip so we booked first class. It was obviously an old plane as the seats weren't that comfortable or spacious. We were delayed 45mins taking off as the "little engine that starts the big engines doesn't work". The powered divider between myself and the next seat in first class didn't work and my electrically powdered seat didn't work so I had to move seats to try and get some sleep. Food and drink were good, crew were great. But I'll never fly with BA again.

It's hard to tell where to plug in electronics, and the port on my seat didn't work. Their entertainment system was down. Vegetarian food options were tasty. Friendly, helpful flight attendants.

Check-in in SAN was long. ORD was good. Flight delayed On board crew was ok. No warmth or personality. LHrR barely made connection

5 hour flight with no food or on-board entertainment. Flight crew barely made rounds to provide water.

The transit at Heathrow was an absolute and total nightmare. Absolutely gut wrenchingly horrible and scary. Embarrassing that their National air carrier cannot figure a half decent experience for passengers to transit via London. Shameful.

Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.

Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

Although business class, the seating was really cramped. The food was so so.

The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.
