Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

The food on this flight was just terrible. I have a wheat allergy so when booking I ask for gluten free options. The food given was inedible. The bread rolls were rock hard. Once board I was given one and the only thing I could do was eat the chicken slice and piece of tomato on it. Also given was 4 small cubes of fruit, 2 watermelon and 2 pineapple and a bottle of water. My husband had a regular meal and found his very average. Then the evening meal was also disappointing! Some dried out fish with spinach and 3 sticks of dry white sweet potato. No sauce …. 😳 again, the same fruit and water. The passengers had to wait a long time for the dinner food to be served. My husband just wanted to eat and go to sleep so he was a bit annoyed about that. We got off the plane and I was feeling quite hangry. Not enough food or a good eating experience. Emirates used to be a flight we looked forward to… now we are considering looking at other companies for the future.

The customer service was very poor. I didn’t get any accommodations for my cancelled flight. I was without any sleep for 36 hours.

The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.

Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.

Well emirates since after covid recovery their service became much poorer than before , old planes to some destinations, untrained staff , rude , inflexible, and poor food, this specific flight the plane felt like in the 90s , and staff behavior was rude due to usual incidents in these flights for some destinations, i understand this but they pit everyone at the same basket, a readiness to be rude anytime

The plane and services in Emirates flight from Los Angeles to Dubai were very good . But plane and services in flight from Dubai to Delhi were very poor/uncomfortable. Staff at Dubai and crew in Dubai plane was very very disappointing|shabby. Wheel chair was given only for a very small part of layover at Dubai and we faced great inconvenience. In short , our experience Dubai onwards(fly Dubai) was very bad and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. My seat was changed at the last minute. Afterwards, my seat was taken by someone else by mistake.

The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London

I had first class service from them. A little late taking off, but no major problem

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg

All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.

Excellent will be flying again in May with Qatar. to Botswana.

It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.

Terrible airlines - suffered entire flight due to food poisoning from stale food

In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Qatar is the worst airline experience I had in a long time traveling business class, I believe the hype is all paid for by bloggers.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

6 plus hour delay with no explanation. No wheelchairs to transport us on arrival. Very disappointed.

I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I did not have enough time to go to the desk before boarding so I went to the desk and told them while I was boarding and they had a boarding pass for me within three minutes. Nice. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

While going to Porto Portugal my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .

This was a Business class award ticket redemption using Alaska miles. Flagship Business was great for a transatlantic evening flight!

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

A 50 minutes flight that is delayed over 90 minutes kills every connection, thank you American Airlines

It's only a semi-complaint because I did not have to wait for my bag when I arrived, but my bag was sent on an earlier flight without me.

Our seats were better than i had anticipated. They provided nice pillows and blankets as well as a kit with ear plugs, sleep mask and headphones which made the long haul flight better. Their food selection and service was good. I appreciated that they came through the cabin with water a few times. We were ahead of schedule which was nice!

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.

It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.

The flight itself was great… the only problem for me was the flight delayed both departure & connection.. instead of the 26 hrs (long enough) was an additional 4 hours more that took an aim to my body..other than that I’m pleased.

A little more legroom, and maybe a little bit of food

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.

Pre flight food options were not working and made the flight not enjoyable. Post experiences of British airways have been positive, but this is enough to stop me using British airways again

Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
