The organized check in , the delicious meals, in flight entertainment selection and most of all the friendliness of the flight attendants with prompt and personalized service..
Lucky the weather was perfect as it can be not a great flight if it is stormy
They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it
Almost 6 hours of delay with over 12 gate changes. Flight was supposed to depart around 6 and instead depart after 12am. No accommodations were offered than some snacks closer to midnight when the crew was planning to throw away some snacks.
Upgrade the comfort, food and attendants. Also we arrived in Houston in the morning. The meal they served two hours before our arrival was a dinner entree. It would have been a lot nicer and much more appropriate to have had breakfast.
Excellent service and comfortable seats. Friendly and helpful staff. No food for a 3hr flight over lunch time which was surprising (or is that a feature of domestic flights in Japan?)
Seats had more space than expected. No recline, that is good.
I ask the crew to help me get my bag because I can't reached it she ignore me
Flight was overall OK: lovely staff and smooth travelling. The only downside was no food was available on a 3.5 hour flight over lunchtime. Luckily we had realised this in advance and brought our own bento.
The flight attendants are amazing. The plane itself was not in good shape for passenger comfort. A good share of seat reclines were broken so they went back an unlimited amount, which meant the person in front of me was fully in my lap (the crew helped me find another seat but that would not have been possible on a full flight). Moisture from the ventilation was also dripping on me. And the entertainment system is almost impossible to hear.
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
Swiss airline do not allow online check-in before 24 hrs, this is very inconvenient to us. I tried many ways such as booking code(6 numbers) or 13 booking numbers , neither of them work, Lufthansa is better which allow us to check in even before 30 hrs, so we can assign our seats( not many people want spend extra money to assign seats on top of airfare which is already spent.)
They didn't give us Nothing to eat, come on..... 1 package of chips and a glass of soda won't do anything to the company
The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒
In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options
Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.
Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
We were very impressed with Swiss Air. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a baby behind us that screamed for hours. , It was a nightmare, though I completely understand that it was not Swiss Airs fault.
Turkish Airlines made a long flight from YVR to IST a great flying experience. From the attendants, to the food, to the entertainment program to all the extras, a twelve hour flight ‘flew by’. Late departure and arrival was not the airline’s fault.
Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up
The flight attendants were great! The seating for business class is better on other airlines. The food was also good!

Food is getting worse. They use to be different than other airlines. Their economy classes food sucks. Stuff was very helpful.
Horrible, they forgot our luggage, the food was terrible, the crew were rude, the flight was delayed, I hated every aspect of this flight
The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.
Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats
Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.
Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
Booked economy through United - air canada treated it as standby and was almost refused boarding.
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.
The seat was reasonably comfortable. I hope the food could be hotter and more tasty.

Entertainment seems one sided. There has to be a balance of old and new even for international movies and songs.
We only have pretzels to eat besides the meals served. The bathrooms should be cleaned more often as the floor was so wet.
