We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.
It would have been nice to know there was no on flight entertainment
Access to movies was rather confusing. Apart from that, I have no complaints.
The window seat on the emergency row was too small. I had a different seat booked and they moved me. My seat remained open. It was very uncomfortable.
I when to Jamaica for my dad funeral and I did not get my luggage from westjet . I add to buy clothes putting me financial debt i did no want to be in Westjet did not call me to apologize are to inquire about my luggage I am still angry about it

Flight delayed 3 hours, missed my connection in Atlanta. Instead of getting to Savannah at 6PM arrived after 10:00PM Middle seat, couldn't get isle or window, couldn't book my seats in advance, had to book at the gate. That's a 1st for me and I used to travel a lot
All was good except that the option to purchase wifi for texting throughout the flight didn't work. My partner and I both tried via the app, Chrome and Safari, we tried all payment options. Nothing worked. He was able to get ok blonde with he full coverage option, but it's nice to what we wanted or needed.
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.

The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.
The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
