There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
Enjoyed the A330 comfort, and the inseat entertainment. Horrible disembarking experience. No gate when we landed to sat on tarmac for 40 minutes, and missed my train.
Didnt make it on flight. Flight was delayed. Then had to get rebooked for a flight that was 8 hours later. Guess who had to wait for 8 hours at the airport?
This flight with a lot empty place , and I have more room, feeling comfortable.
Seamless! Long but the seat back entertainment kept us all busy the whole time! Meals were excellent! Crew fantastic! Very attentive!
Representative misguided on phone while booking . Booked us , assigned good seats but horrible mistake in marking Hindu meal which was Non - Vegetarian. We are vegetarian by birth and all the time order AVML . But representative thought He is doing us favor by ordering Hindu meal as we are Indian Hindu. I had told him that we do out eat meat, fish but ok for milk products. Cheese etc . In our 14 hours flight we’re stuck without assigned vegetarian meal . While flying back on Oct 28 , we requested AVML and hope will be served with vegetarian meal
The flight attendant was nice. He accommodated me when he saw that I was uncomfortable. The food was good for airplane food. I wish there was more space between the seats. Honestly, if it weren’t for the seats I would have thought it was a pretty good flight. My seat was just really uncomfortable so I didn’t have a good experience. Comfort is everything. Economy needs to be more spacious.
Again, they lost our bags on an international flight. Two weeks worth of clothes.
Being on time for departure … my flight was delayed nearly an hour, on board.
