The flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The seats were quite cramped and if the seat in front was tipped back there was very very little room. The entertainment was only on your own device and there was no usb charging

Boarding and staff were excellent. The food was ok. Very cramped seating. No existent entertainment other than on iPhone over wifi with poor choices of movie or shows. Bring your own entertainment. Nowhere to charge your phone
Delay was not properly communicated. Service, plane, value of ticker were all great.
Excellent service and food in the Club Class. Warmly recommend. Much better than AC.
My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .
From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.
I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.
Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip
The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats
So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off
Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.
Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
Moody attendants that can barely look up at the passengers. I’m all for people having an off day, but you can tell some Untied Airlines Employees have lost their zeal for their jobs
Flight departed owing to SFO TSA delays as well as incoming flight running late I know these delays are commonplace but when you’re flying long haul international the least that could be done is priority being given to customers in this situation I raced to the gate the plane was still there but NO UNITED AIRLINES STAFF in the surrounding area could seemingly provide effective support This coloured my view of flying with UA The actual flights were good
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic

Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.
It was all a very positive experience. Look forward to the return trip.

Con: Travelers shouldn't have to pay a fee for first checked bag, in any fare class. Pro: Plane was new and comfortable, even for the seats that didn't cost extra.
Wheelchair help is not reliable & chaotic. No food and minimal liquids for a flight at 6;25.
I wasnt able to choose my seat during booking my flight _months_ in advance and then when I checked in for my flight, I _still_ couldnt choose my seat. I was finally able to get a seat when I got to the gate, and they stuck me in a middle seat next to a jerk. This was my return flight, and on my departing flight I was able to choose my seat, so I dont understand what the issue was but it was very annoying and a miserable ~6.5 hours on the return flight.
No wifi internet the entire international flight. My ear plug for the headphones was damaged so had no audio for movies or internet during flight. Had to play a crossword on my tablet. Bummer.
Gate changed twice, boarding late. However, there was more than usual leg room. Crew was fine. No entertainment due to computer problem.
I don’t think the on-board testing worked on any of the 4 Air Canada flights for this trip. And in this particular flight, the entertainment and WiFi was out for a portion of the journey.
Plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom nearly nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to repair it. This flight was in direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
The plane was clean and the staff professional and courteous, as usual. The seat back was very hard and uncomfortable.

Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.
was having emergency they keep dalying the flight I miss hull my trip and united airline charges me &100 for bags and I spent more thin $320 at airport for my family and when I get back samthing Daly my flight in muc I lost flight in Chicago I spent another &220 at Germany airport for no reason I should get refunded it’s very hard when total off us 7 people buy food at airport
This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall
