C$ 955 Find cheap flights from Montreal to Riga

Boarding was good. In cabin Service was perfunctory. Cabin crew were professional but not welcoming. Was very surprised there was not once were the passengers offered water overnight. A first for me on a trans Atlantic flight!

Our flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We then had to spend hours on the phone to get a much longer re-route through Munich with an extra 10 hours of trip time. It caused us to miss a full day of long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.

Ok, a very small soda in a small glass was all that was served. Pitiful. Comfort seat was not, no legroom at all would not recommend comfort class, not worth the extra.

They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.

The crew, comfort, and food were good but the flight was an hours late to take off.

Air Canada did nothing for me when my flight got delayed and canceled and I had to spent the entire day in the airport and spend money on a hotel room, plus lose money on a car rental

Not happened yet. Still waiting in the long checking queue at 5:30 am as my flight yesterday was cancelled.

The plane was unusually hot and everyone was fanning themselves - very uncomfortable! My pull down tray was dirty and should have been cleaned. The flt attendants were pleasant.

Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!

It was terrible, I was denied to board the plane because I don't have Germany visa, but I don't know I need a visa because all I want is go back to united state and I don't need to enter Germany. When I buy the ticket and checking in I entered my Chinese passport information and I did not get any notifications that I need apply for Germany visa. This trouble is generated totally by Lufthansa and they don't offer any useful help to solve my issue which cause huge problems to my travels.

Lufthansa employees they has to work more with the customers and they delayed the flight for two hours every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes

Terrible consideration when it comes to connecting flights. We were given 50 minutes to deplane, get through costumes, get through security check. For someone with a heart condition, running miles through the airport was not the best way

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Charging for reserving a seat is really cheap. The seats in economy are very small especially when the passenger directly in front reclines their seat. On long flights they should have coffee/tea and juices available for passengers. Here we have to bother the crew. Other airlines just put drinks and snacks in the back for the passengers.

Food was tasteless, service pretty bad (no water offered after dinner throughout the night); seats were narrow and tight, with very little legroom.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!
