5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.
My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. Horrible crowding on the seats, headphones provided did not fit or work in the entertainment center, seriously the most uncomfortable flight I have taken in a LONG time. The people in front of me were literally 5 inches from my face the entire flight. Did they change their seats recently? I remember it being tight but wow this was a whole new level. Also I am a 5'3" small woman so I can't even imagine a larger person dealing with that for 11 hrs.
I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.

It was United. I used the United app ahead of time, and no problems other than Frankfurt Flughafen being what it is.
Do not take this rubbish connecting flight. Flight will be full when you get in and won’t even have space to keep the bags, have to keep the bags in between the seats and keep your feet on the bags for the duration of the flight which is very painful and not what you want when flying international.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
