Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.
The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.
Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.
The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.
Smaller, regional aircraft limits amount of overhead luggage space. At least there were jetways at both BNA and PHL. First class food service was minimal with the usual assortment of packaged snacks (nothing creative) and no handiwipes. American tries to turn around aircraft too quickly without enough time to clean the planes. WIFI service did not include TV programming.
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
I had purchased a ticket that allowed one check bag yet I was still charged for my bag! the lady at the ticket counter was rude and condescending.
Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me
Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.
Flight departed PHL one hour late due to late arrival of aircraft. On board services were okay. First class menu does not offer any new items; same desserts (cheese & crackers or Mango sorbet). At least there were no credit card promotions during the flight.
Flight was good. Miss getting more options to eat than pretzels or cookies. Attendants were all wonderful.
very bad flight , service crew are tired and grumpy… I can forgive the worn seats and bad food as expected but the crew need more energy… old ppl are that way I guess… they shouldn’t be on long haul flights.
A nearly half-hour delay to board/depart meant that our connection in DFW was less than 30 minutes. If the flight attendants would have made an announcement to the flight to allow those with close connections to de-plane first it would have helped, but nothing. We *barely* made our connection, with no time to eat or user the restroom between flights.
In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.
Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying
The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun

The check at Accra was very bad . I had to be in the queue for solid two hours simple because your staff were pushing people and lifting the balustrade for them to jump the queue. This situation made us very made with your Accra check in crew. I have video of what I am putting across and I am happy I have the opportunity now.I can send the video to you if you are ready to punish those involved.
