Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

Pros: "Food was good"
Cons: "Different movie, more leg room but I'm tall so that is with any plane."
Pros: "I got bumped from the flight. They overbooked. Three people were let on after me."
Cons: "There was a problem with their system, so they didn’t have a record of my checking -in. But, my email said I had checked in - just wouldn’t give me a seat number. They put me up in an old hotel that I would not recommend, so I can fly tomorrow."
Cons: "The seats are poor for a first class. No electric outlet which is nuts for a 6 hour flight. Only an old school overhead tv."
Pros: "There was actually food on this very short flight! I liked that. Also I didn't have to pay to pick a seat upon check-in which was nice."
Cons: "The food was decent but my return flight was better."

Cons: "One Cooa employ tried to force me to check my carry on. They did not ask if I wanted to check it. They told me I must. They ridiculously placed the bag on top of the carry-on measuring device and told me it was too big. I had just gotten off another Copa flight from Port of Spain where there was no issue at all."
Cons: "Same thing from previous flight. The crew is not capable to attend passengers traveling with toddlers or kids. We had an emergency on board with a 3yo and the plane had no emergency kit for children. The seats for toddlers and children are not adequate for their height or weight. Seatbelts don't fit a child. They travel in such uncomfortable seats and conditions. The aircraft was a 190, too small to make passengers feel comfortable, and this is how Copa always manages their flights to all cities in Central America. Very poor service and old aircrafts. People are paying for a quality service not to be treated like cattle. You need to improve your services."
