Cons: The flight is cancelled and nobody had notified us. I only find out when I went to airport. No good

Cons: When first boarding the airplane and sitting in my assigned seat. There was terrible smell, the smell of vomit. I notified a crew member and she used a fragrance spray to help.

Cons: We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding.

Pros: Nicely equipped newer plane with seatback touch screen. Arrive to your seat to find a blanket, water bottle, pillow and packet the paper slippers and toothbrush. Frequent meal, snack, and drink service.

Cons: Foam earplugs would be a welcome addition.

Pros: Short, sweet, and yummy! Short trip, sweet experience with their staff and boarding process, and yummy snacks.

Cons: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Cons: Swiss Air from Athens to Zurich stellar—excellent service, seating, food—but left one hour late due to air traffic. Nearly missed connecting Edelweiss flight—and that flight was just terrible. Passengers behind me constantly kicking, pulling my seat—wouldn’t allow me to put seat in recline position.

Pros: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Pros: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.

Cons: Long boarding time. Pasengers with huge bags as hand luggage. This should be controled.

Pros: The crew was super attentive but also knew when to leave people alone and rest with the lights out. The entertainment selection and food were above average.

Cons: The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate.

Cons: Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again.

Pros: The flight attendants were so awesome and beautiful! Food and snacks were great and the amount of time we were fed. They came around in a timely manner to get trash and ask what we wanted to drink.

Cons: The flight with United Airlines was horrible. The seats were small... leg room not the best. The flight attendants were terrible. I called 3 times to get headphones and they never came to give me any. The food was dry and we were only fed twice. I’m vegan/vegetarian so there wasn’t any options.

Cons: We were sitting in our assigned seats and the flight attendants and gate staff entered the plane were trying to say we were in the wrong seats. Then my special meal was not provided so I ate nothing during flight.

Pros: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Cons: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Pros: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Cons: Should enforce limits on carry on items which causes boarding delays and inconveniences. Some people with large personal items and backpacks and carry on take multiple storage spaces in overhead bins.

Pros: The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons.

Pros: Seats was ok not very comfortable . They don’t understand English . Before food served there is announcement for apologies for not choice. I ask her about food , what is this she said I don’t know. They don’t know what they are serving. It taste was horrible. That was the desert with food.

Cons: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Pros: Crew members, especially Cooper Pan, were excellent, friendly, thorough, accommodating. I felt like a special customer on this flight! Food was very good, and I appreciated the options of different meals. Also very little turbulence. Thank you, Air China!

Cons: Kayak.com did not notify me my flight was cancelled. By my own dumb luck I showed up early enough for Air China to put me on a plane that was boarding. Come on kayak. You failed to provide details that could have ruined my trip. Get it together.

Cons: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.
