I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue
Better to not serve food if those are the options
The flight was clean, boarded on time, provided priority boarding since I checked in my carry on. The food was ok, it could have been better. The worst experience was one of the flight attendant talking rudely to the passengers sitting in the seat in front of me. Those passengers spoke broken English and might not have had enough experience flying, but that is no ground for any disrespect. It is the attendant’s job to be respectful to all passengers, of course if someone misbehaves with them. I don’t think this couple misbehaved with anyone on the flight.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

The flight attendants were not very friendly and seemed annoyed by everytime a passenger asked a question
Inflight entertainment system had offensive ads promoting homosexuality. Not flying Air Canada again.
An old A350-900, in desperate need of an update. The business class seats were worn out. Definitely a plane to avoid, if your spending the kind of money they now require for business class.
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
The snack item was not very good. A lot of passengers disliked it

Left with delay due to a passenger health state. Overall the flight was good, smooth with no hiccups. Food was ok with only one choice for the economy class which was disappointing but not unusual these days. Crew was amazing.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.
Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.
The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.
The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
