My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.

We had a long walk from one gate to the other. The busnessclass was full and we could not get seats together.

Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.

On board wifi or other entertainment. Landlines option was good but ran late to Pearson

I liked a lot , the flight attendant so nice ,the seat very comfortable I enjoyed the flight , I will do it again with Air Canada,

The cabin crew and entertainment options were great, but the food was really bad.

Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you

We would have missed our connection from Munich to Boston but we had a van outside the plan that wisked us to our terminal. Much appreciated and we didn’t even realize that Lufthansa had done this until the announcement on disembarkation. Well organized airline! Will definitely fly Lufthansa again!!!

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.

I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.

Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.

Seat very cramped, could not recline. No cheese with meal. Staff very helpful.

Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime

It would be nice to have a cleaner facility, it was hard to access it. It was always full of people working in that space. The covers and especially the matt of bad quality and old. Many times reused. I would not use it. Food: the bread rolls were old, and food had strange choices. Chicken was terrible.

There was some nice staff when I entered and left, but the thrre flight attendants who served us were very brusque and rude. I have celiac and when I checked in, I tried to find the option to make sure my meals (stick on a 10+ hour flight after a 3 hour flight and short layover) were gluten free because I didn’t have time to get anything. Couldn’t find the selection for it, and every part of the meal and purchase options were gluten, so I didn’t get to eat. During check in the allergies section should be easy to identify and check so this doesn’t happen. Having more options for gluten free at this time should be easy.

Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.

Great flight, nice options for food and beverages. Fairly comfortable seats for a large person

Business class: or fist class: Seating absolutely terrible, same seats as everyone else , no space, we could not fit our knees in. I was sitting sideways since nobody else booked this business class. I wish we would have an option to select a business class for the main journey between USA and Europe, but regular class for the short flights in Europe.

The seating was exactly same as the rest of the plane. We had no space for our knees. In fact it was the tightest spacing of the seats I ever flew with, on a very old plane. (and we flew all over Asia and Europe) The same chairs. We were the only passengers in business or first class. Obviously funny.... The only difference was, we got a sendwich and we were offered a drink. Rest of the plane got a bottle of water.

The crew was great. Good etc was unacceptable for an overseas flight. Wine with a meal should be complimentary. Seat comfort /space horrible and I am 5‘3“ with heels on. Short haul probably ok but not on long haul flights

It was extremely difficult to upgrade my partners flight over the Internet from economy to economy, plus. Then it said clearly the checked luggage can be 32 kg. At the check-in counter in Hamburg, we had to pay 100 Euros ( $122.17) for the only 31kg peace checked luggage. We were told because the change was made less than 24 hours before the flight , the luggage weight would not be upgraded. Then they offered me that for €90 I can upgrade at the counter from economy to economy, plus so we can sit together on the flight from Frankfurt to San Francisco. I happily agreed and was charged. €99.($120.95), which I noticed too late. Especially about the Euro 100 up charge I feel upset and it’s a unfair way of doing business!

Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.

The company said that it was Condor's responsibility to issue my train ticket, and that I should contact them. But when I did, condor said I have to contact the train company and show them my booking number. I went to the station to board my train and they said where is my bar code ticket. It was a disaster and the people at the train station said how messed up this is and that condor is the worst for putting people through this. I boarded the train with NO ticket cause no one can issue me one even though I paid and it is in my booking confirmation.
