The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm. The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet

Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.

Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.

West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

Menu selection was limited and not appropriate for a flight of this length

Flight arrived early even after leaving late. Bag drop was a zoo, very slow even after using pre-checkin and airport kiosk.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

Flight was delayed, but was good once on our way. Voucher helped - bought a meal. Great landing

A fat person could not use the table tray in economy - very tight spacing.

Planes arriving on time would be better. Apparently flights are delayed almost all the time, making your connection impossible then having to rebook on another flight at another time. There is no regard for customers who need to travel somewhere at a certain time. Connection flights are not held by the same airline, even though they know the plane can get there within 30 minutes or less. Airline staff is amazing, but the excuses Air Canada gives for delays is not truthful. Some messages will say mechanical problems and the next message for the same plane will say air traffic control issues. So what is true? They don't need to refund anyone if they use these two excuses. So if travel from B.C. to Montreal with delays like this is common, I will consider not flying there anymore. When we missed our connecting flight, the next flight had one seat (4.5 hours later) and the next flight was a red eye at 10:45. Big difference from our 12:15 initial flight.

Business Class was great with two exceptions: they should board Business Class Only first, then loyalty, then handicapped and families with young children then by zone. With all the loyalty and credit card holders and families with kids, dozens boarded before us and we were in row 3. My only other compliant with Air Canada is they don’t serve drinks and snacks in business class until at a cruising altitude. Transat and Emirates serve prior to takeoff which is especially nice during boarding of big planes and de-icing.

My flightbwas delayed three times consequently I had no other choice then to take a 19 hour flight to Toronot and slept on a bench in Toronto airport before I could get on my 5 hour flight to Mexico City I got food vouchers in Toronto but they were not honored then my luggage was lost My trip was a terrible experience

Flight was cancelled. Not enough agents to deal with the people in the line. We left and found our own way to Vancouver.

Would have preferred a better food menu. Other than that, no complaints.

My outbound trip on Air Canada was cancelled due to the strike. I had to cancel my return flight after booking with other carriers.

Air Canada business class used to be among the best among North American airlines, however it has gone downhill since the last time I flew with them. They didn't even offer any drinks prior to takeoff despite having over 30 minutes on the ground for boarding and de-icing. Once we got in the air the service was fine, however the food was lukewarm at best and just okay. The warm bread and spring mix salad was very good at least. My main complaint is they were letting economy guests use our washroom. Presumably because the Max 8 only has one in the rear. However as I was sitting in row 1 I constantly had passengers waiting in line for the toilet.

It was all great! Everyone was pleasant and cheerful! I was happy to find that the seatbelt fit me....I found last year on another non-Air Canada small plane that I had to request a seatbelt extender and, as a fairly 'normal' menopausal woman who is definitely medically 'obese' and yet not unusually overweight, having to ask for a seatbelt extender was very uncomfortable. I was happy that Jazz, being also a smaller plane with smaller seats, that I did not need to deal with the discomfort and embarrassment because the seatbelt did fit me! I am grateful as even though this seems like a small thing, it has had an impact on me and I've since chosen not to go with that other carrier. I'm sure that Jazz personnel would have been very polite in accommodating me if it had been necessary, just as the other airline's stewards were, however it's in the 'not having to ask' that I have felt much more welcomed and taken care of. Thank you Jazz.

We were able to change seats because of the wonderful Jacqueline in customer Service . My seat allowed me a bit more should we room but the seat was pretty narrow and I’m not a big guy. But I was completely impressed with the speed of the board I g process and the quality of the crew!!

Never had to agree to a change in my flight booking. Very happy with the whole experience.
