Cons: "Went to ticket counter at 5:33 and talked with Tyler L, whose boss Jerry had instructed him to not let passengers check in after 5:30. The flight was at 6:10. Tyler smugly smiled while refusing to print a boarding pass, then was unable/uninterested in helping me rebook. I had gone through security and couldn't find boarding pass email. I went through checkin the night before but apparently it didn't finish. Talked with security about getting back to front of the line. I had 30 minutes to walk 600 ft and absolutely could have made that flight. Called 800 number to book a new flight."

Our seats were assigned together, we were not charged for checking smaller bags, and the beverage/snack service was fast and they checked back often. Seats on this plane were roomy and the flight was not over-crowded. Boarding and de-boarding were easy and relaxed. Arrived ahead of schedule."

DO NOT sales us the ticket that can't let us get in the flight! As a public APP. Cons: "The plane had to turn around halfway from Seattle to Vancouver due to a mechanical problem. We all later got an email saying we'd receive a discount on future travel because the airline deemed the delay "preventable." We got a second plane quickly, on the second boarding process the gate agent failed to do preboarding. I'm on crutches at the moment, so this meant more time on my feet manoeuvring around "elite status members" than I would have liked."

Cons: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

Pros: "This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing."

Cons: "Charging customers for meals on a transatlantic flight is a terrible way to nickel and dime your customers for the most basic provisions. Not all travellers carry accepted credit cards, including the woman sitting beside me. Because it is so common (formally standardized) for airlines to provide food on longer flights, many travellers assume their WestJet flight will the same and arrive unprepared. I normally love WestJet for their customer service, but these flight attendants talked down to customers with legitimate questions. I am choosing another airline for my next international flight, although reluctantly so - I hope to see some changes from WestJet for a more comfortable flight."

That's insane considering what I have already spent on the business class ticket. Seems like a money grab to me. I usually fly Air Canada, and this high extra charge will probably make me think twice about flying BA in the future."

Entertainment = faded screens, bad touch screen interface, crashed nd needed to be rebooted at one point, touch screen minimally responsive, a shockingly small number of choices. Did not have wireless or a usb port, but fortunately there was a universal AC outlet and I had my wall charger along so that I could spend most of the flight using my iPad to read. I'm especially displease with the food, boarding process, and entertainment considering my boyfriend's and my seats were Club World seats I'd paid for (rather than receiving them as a reward). On the bright side, the lie-flat seats saved me from days of post-flight pain, so it could have been worse. Not pleased overall, and the next time I travel internationally, I'll probably chooseanother airline if the prices only differ by a few hundred dollars."
