It was on at the terminal we were at in Las vegas, we were all the way at the end of one of them, I think it was c.... Dates 41 42 and 43.... They were in a row from left to right and we were scheduled for 42.... Right before that 41 was loading and yet the line started on the right Chris crossed 43 42 over to 41 causing foot traffic confusion, and yet the left side in front of gate 41 was relatively empty...... Eventually some Delta step did come out and assist but for about 40 minutes it was quite confusing and crowded

That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"

The pilot advised of the condition, this was not something that could have been fixed and I think they handled it well. So it was a constant reminder of dial up.... 3) waiting for electrical: Upon landing and taxi-ing to the ramp, the pilot was advised that there was no electrical to support the plane after he turned off the engines. So good that he waited, thank you pilot, and not so good as it was another unpleasant item on the plane ride."

The plane was full load of people so it was really hot but the crew came by often with water refill. A lady besides me was coughing a lot and sure enough the stewardess came by with water and to ask if anything she could do without having been summoned. We rented tablets to see movies and I'm not very technological but the stewardess was very patient with me and took time to help me set up and she showed me how to go about in your application. The flights to and from Las Vegas were perfect and all thanks to the wonderful crew you have, even the pilot was standing at the entrance to greet us when we boarded which was great as I got to see who I was entrusting my life to during this 4h38 min flight, quite reassuring. Anyways, UA, Transat and AA take a back seat to Air Canada any day of the week!"

There was none and the other shops had closed. It was overly bright, noisy and impossible to stretch out on the seats with rigid dividers."

Those machines also could not read foreign passports though Canadian ones were fine. So we had to wait for our friends who were from overseas. The stewardess doing the announcements went so fast you could not hear her except for a few words, and she had a very strong French accent so it sounded like she was speaking in French all the time. But at least she was better than the pilot, whom we could not hear at all. The only word we heard was "cloudy"."

Cons: "The plane was terrible. The seats are so close together that you cannot move. The aisle is so narrow that one person can barely down it. Forget it if you have to pass by someone. The bathroom too is so small that you cannot move in it. It’s so uncomfortable. The new boarding process is just dumb. And to make matters worse they don’t even bother to check the boarding groups when you board. I had a person in a later boarding group in front of me and they let her on anyway — so what’s the point of having boarding groups. They should just go back to boarding from the rear of the plane first - that is the most efficient and quick way to do it. The so called entertainment is a joke. There is a very small choice of movies/TV shows to watch and that’s it. The free wi-fi gets you nowhere."

Cons: "United changed their luggage policy and because I booked through priceline/kayak I was not made aware of this new policy. Basic economy only allows you to bring a personal item on the plane, YOU CANNOT HAVE A CARRYON ITEM. Therefore they charge $25 to check your carry on bag and my flight then became more expensive than a different flight. Poor dissemination of information."

Pros: "One of the flight attendants was very customer-friendly. I had asked for a meal and they had a long, in drink service so it took awhile for her to come back to me. She didn't forget and she gave it to me at a discount so I was very happy about that as well."
Pros: "When i did my online check in, i just found out that i was separated with my companion. One hour before boarding opens i took the chance to request in the boarding desk if we could be seated together, i spoke with Ms. Nan, she said she'll do her best. Diting boarding time as soon as i was sat, she came approach me and said she had a seat for us together. I was so greatful to Ms. Nan. That is why I love united so much."

Cons: "United it terrible at letting you know flights are delayed. Got to the airport and found out my flight wasn't going to take off till 2:45 which was 4 hours later then my scheduled flight. I asked the ticketing associate why it was delayed and she said that it was due to crew issues. At least let me know that the flight is delayed so I didn't have to get to the airport 5 hours before my flight took off."

Cons: "My mother Vickie is hearing impaired. When her fist flight from Las Vegas to San Francisco changed terminals, she missed her flight. Not exactly something she would have been able to personally hear. Being that it was her 2nd time flying, ever, she didn't know to look for it until it was too late. Now her connecting flight from San Francisco to Anchorage has been delays to just shy of an hour. I wake up at 4am and thus is a HUGE burden on me as I'm a Dept Director at a Hospital and I need to be on my game at all times while at work."
